Store did not have anyone to help on purchase of what I was needing. Did go to Lowe’s and made purchase. In the last 2 weeks I have been in store no salesperson offered any help only at check out self service person offered I told I would try Lowe’s. Store was stocked and clean.

Mindy, the store manager runs a tight ship there in Tiger Town. She’s a can do type person with a sweet smile. Thankful for Cassandra in tool retail/repair who stepped up to help me.

I do like the store. The employees there are nice and helpful, but the customer service manager is extremely rude and she talked to me like I had no clue what I was talking about. When I was just wanting to order something small. When I asked to speak to the manager I was informed she was the manager and I had to deal with her.

All employee is kind and looks like my next neighbor, explain when I ask.

I shop the home depot for most of everything i use. I would suggest that you go to Home Depot if you are especially in a hurry because the Employees are very friendly ,and really have time to help you ,and get you on your way. Most times i am in a hurry because projects do not wait.. If you are shopping on your own you can readily see what you want. Think twice about where you shop, and why.

Purchased Mini Fridge for Daughter entering College. Item was damaged with dents. Very hard to get Store to do anything and Home Depot said you have to go thru the store. Not a good situation. Hung up on me twice.

Overall very good experience every time i go to this store, but the workers in the floral department dont seem that knowledgeable about the flowers Home Depot is suppose to care.
