VERY COURTEOUS AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMPARISON

The store is well stocked, items easy to find, help is usually close by and the prices are very competitive.

Every person is very nice and helpful!! Today it was the garden center.. great!! Not long ago I ordered a rug in store.. the guy needs a gold star!!

Two times I have asked for loading assistance and have been denied once for ceramic tile, once for a commode your service is pitiful I will continue to shop in the other direction from my home which is Sylacauga or Lowes in Wetumpka

Two ladies, Mindy & McKena assisted me today. I had purchased two gallons of guaranteed one coat paint. I showed them pictures of how walls in a bathroom were requiring additional coats of paint, even though it was covering very light pink colored walls. The ladies took my information and quickly ensured I was taken care of and I was refunded for the paint purchased. They additionally discussed explaining the issue and it to the product representative to help ensure other customers do not encounter the same problem. Their courteous mannerisms and sincere professionalism reflects greatly upon their dedication to their job and to Home Depot. These two now have a Home Depot dedicated customer!

A very pleasant experience at Home Depot, Tigertown, Opelika, AL this past weekend, while shopping for a grill. Nice lady greeted us, asked if we needed assistance, then found a very nice young man to help us. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I went into this store not knowing exactly what I needed. I went to the aisle I thought it should be on. I encountered "Rosie" she asked me if I needed assistance and when I described what I was doing she knew EXACTLY what I was talking about. Took me there. And even handed me the product. This is a place to go to for fixing up your home cause even if you dont know. They know!

Cashier was friendly and helpful but a couple of the other employees were a bit sarcastic and dismissive. That is definitely not to say that all of the other employees are like that. Just the two I encountered this trip.

Don't expect the garden center employees to assist you loading your potting soil and pine mulch. They are too busy talking to each other. Six (6) men were standing around talking while I loaded my soil on to the cart and not one even offered to assist me loading my vehicle. Of course there was no department manager to be found.

The Opelika Home Depot has available employees most all of whom are knowledgeable and very helpful. Isles are labeled very well and are stocked and neat. Store and restroom facilities are clean consistently. Products are where they should be. Sought help with an electrical question, Mike more than fit the bill and really solved the problem!

Very helpful in finding materials I needed. Only thing that is frustrating is people parking in the loading zone while they're shopping I guess it's contractors who think they can park there....
