Employees always happy to assist , and usually go above and beyond to be helpful.

This is a very good store, I wish more customers were wearing masks and gloves, maybe the store can mandate that but other than that I was mostly satisfied

Young man working paint counter was very rude. Treated me like I was an idiot in front of other customers. Then he would not tell us paint was ready when we were standing there the entire time. Place on counter away from us. After long wait another customer saw paint and asked if it belonged to anyone. I looked at label and it was our paint. He did not offer to show us paint after mixed. It will be returned if not right. I gave two stars due to rest of visit was fine. I had no choice but to "not recommend" store. I would rather just "not recommend" the paint department. Other associates were very helpful in the outdoor equipment section.

Store was clean, well stocked and organized. The employee that helped me saved me time searching for the items I needed and was very courteous and helpful. The checkout person was friendly and helpful and reminded me to enter this contest and invited us back for future shopping. Found what I wanted quickly and am completely satisfied.

I was more than satisfied with a beautiful flower pot that an associate discounted some more because of a crack in it. They were kind and helpful. The aisles were clearly marked as to which direction I should proceed because of social distancing.

Cashier Anna did a great job on an exchange.

I love coming to this store because all the employees are so friendly. There is a lady in the garden center who is great and is very helpful.

Irish at Customer service is very nice and helpful

With the exception of one item, everything I purchased was conveniently located and found in the store.

I shop at both home improvement stores in the immediate area, but this Home Depot was overflowing with great items in the outdoor department and I highly recommend anyone shopping for landscape flowers, bulbs, plants, and seeds to make sure they shop The Home Depot in Tigertown.

They worker are always smiling and helpful plus the get in and out fast is on time. Easy to find what you need

We had a major painting project with 1200 sq. looming ahead of us. When we arrived at the paint department, Beverly took care of us by showing us paint choices and discussing our supply options. She helped us find everything we needed and we parted with several gallons of paint that worked well. Very impressed with her polite and friendly attitude and and appreciate the great service.

During my visit today, I was able to locate the product I needed. Also, I found another product which I purchased because of the discount of the items. The discount coupled with the friendly & helpful service made my visit a delight.

I visited the Opelika store last week Saturday night. The store was *EMPTY,* as this was after the infamous Iron Bowl game at Auburn. I picked my items and proceeded to the self checkout. There was only one other customer there. An Associate by the name of *CYNTHIA* manned the self checkout. I showed her my military ID to get the 10% discount. I was waiting for her to enter her code into the central register, which is what usually happens, but she told me "I'll take care of it after you check out". So I am trying to check out 3 BULKY, HEAVY medicine cabinets with the scanner device. There are no less than 6 barcoded tags on each of these boxes. I do not know which one of those will trigger the price. I asked *Cynthia* for help as I am scanning the first one, telling her that surely she must know better than me which one of the barcodes will scan the price. She ignored me. After running around the cart, trying to scan the second medicine cabinet without luck, I gave up and told her I would just go to the contractor desk in hopes someone will help me there. Even that did not move her to help me check out. A nice lady named Loretta opened a register and started the check out; I realized I left the shower head I needed at the self service checkout. I ran back there to get it...the transaction I had started was still pending at the register...the shower head was still laying there and Cynthia was just standing there with her hands in her pocket. I told her she was about as useless as my left foot and she did not even register that. Thankfully there was also a nice gentleman helping me load my car so all is not lost at that store but someone like Cynthia needs to stay in the back and not be around customers.

Very rude cashier, did not want to change price due to box being busted . Does not honor display prices even when more than one item is in “the wrong spot”. With the item being in the wrong spot, there was no price tag for that particular item in that area. Very disappointed with my experience given that I shop here very often.

Product was easily accessible and store was clean. Associates were friendly and helpful. In and out in a short period of time. Thanks Home Depot.
