They answered the phone made sure the item I wanted was available Everyone was very nice and helpful when I went to store in and out with my fridge in 15 minutes Nice!

Marnie in flooring is beyond sweet, and always helps us with our purchases (flooring install, and appliances in the past)

This store is exceptional in customer service. Questions are answered fully and often individuals will accompany shoppers to make sure items are located quickly. The staff is upbeat, friendly, and very professional. If an associate is unsure about something, they will quickly find a more knowledgeable supervisor and return with them. Individuals greet everyone upon arrival and make each shopper feel they are valued. Restrooms are spotless and the store is organized and very clean.

Cherie in Appliances is an asset to your store. She assisted us in selecting a refrigerator that was the right size and color. She was very helpful. Store was clean.

A couple of years ago I was a Lowe’s forever customer. But our Home Depot has really upped the training, skills and customer support for all of their employees!

A lot of staff wandering around but no one approached us to help us. Had to call the store number to get help with a tub and tub surround but no one stayed to help us load it or load it in our truck. Another customer came and helped us.

We traveled to uburn because the Ithaca store did not have our items in stock. The employee who worked with us was very pleasent, patient and knowledgeable. We will probably return to the Auburn store before Ithaca!

A cashier named Kimberly in the auburn store, was extremely rude to my grandmother, she yelled at her multiple times and was very rude.

I don't know what is going on with the wood selection in all the stores. When you have to go through a whole pile of " select pine" to find a board or two. That is not warped, twisted, knotty, dinged, or damaged. for the price you are asking , it is pretty sad.
