Many areas of this store are unorganized, and the garden center is filled with dead and rotting plants. Do not waste your money buying plants and garden essentials at this store.

In general the employees are extremely helpful and some go out of their way to assist - never had a problem until the last time I went. Needed help in the garden department and he (Samuel) never offered to help or call someone to help. Worthless employee and not up to HD's standards.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. If someone can't help you, they will refer you to someone who can. Has a good supply of merchandise. If you cannot find what you're looking for, they will help you find it. If it's not in the store, they will help you order it online. The store is clean and easy to walk around, no clutter in the aisles. They even allow dogs but you don't see many so if you don't like dogs, it's no problem. Our dog loves to go there and is even given a treat. Their garden center and indoor plant section is also great. I bought 2 orchids in April that sill have the original flowers on them.

The store was stocked very well so I was able to get everything I came for. It was clean and all of the employees were very helpful.

I spend more time at Home Depot than home. Great store ya should check it out.

Today I was personally helped by an assistant store manager. As we walked through the store we were greeted by every employee we passed with a smile and a hello. Everyone at the Auburn Home Depot is always so friendly and helpful.

I like the Home Depot in Auburn, they have most everything I need to get by with for an average project. Their 2X4 lumber is sketchy, I've had to pick through bundles many times to get a few that were straight, not overly knotted or split. Honestly, I'd prefer to pay more for better studs. They usually have a nice selection in the garden shop, flooring, paint, plumbing, etc. and the staff is friendly. The store is clean inside, and out front. The garden center outside is good, while the cold storage area (under the roof) leaves room for improvement (bird waste on trash cans is not acceptable). If you're a savvy shopper, check the end caps for deals, sometimes you hit a real bargain for a future project or maintenance item.

Excellent store stocked with helpful workers . they are willing to offer alternatives and display new products. The store was very clean and the tool employee was particular helpful and funny.

Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was not condescending as I was feeling very overwhelmed by the power tools. I appreciate the time she spent with me patiently explaining the difference between gas and battery powered string trimmers. She asked relevant questions and helped me choose a trimmer that would best meet my needs (not the one that cost the most). I ended up leaving the store with 2 new tools and the confidence to tackle my lawn!! She was amazing!

Best Home Depot I've been to !!I'm a senior citizen with a lot of responsibility , and to go in a store that goes above and beyond is a BLESSING Thom in Plumbing made Shopping fast and easy !!

On 6/28 & 06/29/2019 I went to Auburn N.Y.'s Home Depot to shop & finally buy a refrigerator. 4 of Home Depot's employees ( cxs4901, Suzzane, Diane & Lizz ) were highly knowledgeable & extremely customer oriented. They made the search & purchase of my new refrigertor extremely easy & a very pleasant experience.

Everyone is always so pleasant at the Auburn store. The employees are always willing to assist in any way they can. In passing, it's always nice to be greeted by name and with a smile. It's not like that in other home improvement stores in Auburn.Service sells and that's why, no matter what part of town I am in, I go to Home Depot

The store continues to decline in its service levels to customers. Two associates standing at a service counter and neither can acknowledge you, so you get to use the self checkout. Seems like less associates are working there and the ones on the floor seem unconcerned about your shopping experience. About the same service level of shopping online.

John from Garden and Manager Kathy went above and beyond on a Saturday nite. Their demonstration of excellence to providing the best customer service was greatly appreciated.

WELL STOCKED AND WITH ENOUGH EMPLOYEES WITH KNOWLEDGE TO GET HELP IF NEEDED

Asked for an estimate. Wasn't done in a timely matter. Also lost my stove that I purchased and went there to pick up.
