Purchased 2 window blinds. One was a perfect fit but the other needed to be trimmed. Store employee did an excellent job with the trimming! Window blinds were easy to locate,in flooring department...……….

The associates at this store have been very helpful over the years I have been shopping here. Always willing to take a few minutes to assist you in whatever way they can.

Clean store, cashiers at the return department area always nice, helpful and pleasant. Self check out area where you are supposed to go always a mess.... nothing working having to call someone over to check you out? Why bother with self checkout, just man the registers. Other than the self checkout ( but that is at every store you go to know ) love the store, selection, and overall ease of shopping.

The Auburn NY store is very organized, clean, user friendly, and also has very courteous helpful employees. Thank you.

Overall the store is okay for items needed quickly. What you people have to do is make it a superstore like in Camillus, NY #1257 they have more items to choose from, there variety in items surpass the Auburn, people with better knowledge. I find myself going to Camillus #1257 at least 3-5 times a month as per Auburn maybe once if desperate or something I need quickly. Send some of that money you get from our high interest credit card and revamp the store here in Auburn and maybe you will find that more people will come. And I speak from experience working with 70 other people who share the same thoughts.

We are a daily shopper (at least) at the Auburn Home Depot. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to take care of their customers. As a small business owner that goes a long way and always helps to make our days go smoother! The associates who work at this store are extremely friendly and helpful. They get to know and greet customers by their names, etc. This store is totally customer oriented.

If you cant find what you need, Find JAKE. he knows where all the hard to find items are hidden

As I walk through the store I am always greeted with a smile and a hello from so many of the employees........Jackie, Paul, Jake, Diana, Linda, Liz, Bill, Scott, Zach, Kurt, Ernie, Dave, Lay, Anita, Lisa, Sam, Jo, Rita, Marnie, oh and Katie, she's a doll! Always smiling!!! I'm sure I missed some but you get my point, It's a big store with that home town feel.

I like shopping at Auburn Home Depot , good location friendly people and nice place to shop. When I go to the store there's someone available when needed if you want help to find something. the store is clean and organized .!!

This is our 2nd kitchen remodel. We could of went to the store close to our home...but we did not! We chose The Home Depot again! We had great assistance from their Kitchen designer, Tammy Carner. She is caring and listened to our concerns and Just able to talk things our with her is a plus in my book.
