The employees that work there are very knowledgeable about their product line, many know how to fix issues in and out of the home. The cashiers are very enthusiastic, one particularly named JaniceS is very nice and informative. Keep hiring good people. Thank you for providing home products and great staff.

Great experience over the phone. Ms. Janice Bush was phenomenal! She should get paid to train others in customer service care. She was funny, and extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She is in the Appliance department.

Great staff but if your phones aren’t working then what’s the point of curbside pick up if we have to come in and wait in line?

I found the employees at the store to be rude, unhelpful, and inconsiderate. With the exception of Liz and Tommy, every employee I asked for help (5 others) was rude, continued to pass me to another department, and never fulfilled my request to speak with a manager when I couldn’t get any help.

I have shopped at the Augusta Home Depot for many years. If I need help with a project, I have always found the associates knowledgeable and experienced in their field and ready to help. I absolutely love this store.

I love this store environment because the associates are very skillful, helpful and professional, especially Perry, Felicia (manager) and the individuals in the paint department. Thanks for helping me as I totally redone my yard during the COVID-19 crisis.

Off the chain custom service! Outstanding sense of urgency, great product line, fair pricing and an excellent return policy are typical of Home Depot and this store in particular strives to do their best.

Super friendly staff who were able to answer my questions for a few of the projects I am working on. They had the items I needed the employees were full of smiles.

The products are much easier to find. Sales associates are friendly and you don't have to run all over the store to find someone to assist you. I'm always approached by associates asking if I need assistance with anything. The store is always neat and clean. Cashier Janice S. is awesome. Also, I needed something special during the Christmas holidays and this store had it and at a great price. I have been shopping at this Home Depot for years and their prices, selection and customer service keep bringing me back.

Had a positive experience shopping at this store today. Well organized, clean and items easy to locate. Employees friendly and one went out of his way to assist me in figuring out a specific item that I needed to purchase. I would still be looking if he didn’t go that extra step. Much appreciated.

Make sure you purchase an extended warranty if you purchase a lawnmower through them. After 1 month, they won't take it back even if you have the box. Then it goes to the repair shop and god knows when it will be ready after that. I think they are trying to make me buy another one.

I've shopped at this location a good deal since the one closer to me with friendlier, more helpful staff is smaller and does not always have what I need. Nine times of ten, I can never find someone on the floor to assist me. When I do, they do not know their department very well. Once it was to buy $5000 in wall to wall carpet and went to the other location since the guy could not answer basic questions. This time it was for a lawnmower and doubt the salesperson ever even started one or mowed a lawn. Not sure what the issue is at that location compared to so many others I have shopped at over the years. I'm also disappointed you no longer carry Purdy paintbrushes. I went against my better judgement and spent the $12 for a simple 2" Wooster brush since I was in need. What a mistake! In the future, I'll stick to the other location though I'll miss Pamela that works on the front end. She is the star of that location. She is always so very helpful and friendly. She needs to teach the other staff the ropes!

Every time we have gone to this store they have gone above and beyond and this time was even more of that. Thanks for caring about customers.

Tommy and Grace, both at the Pro desk, have been beyond exceptional to work with. I highly recommend them when working on a major project. They make the entire experience easy and efficient.

For it being a Saturday morning, you would think they would have more employees working to serve the customer and I could not find any employees in the area that I needed help in and I walked several rows and there was no one and so I went up to the desk and asked if they could page someone to that area and they told me where to stand and no one ever came. So I was left trying to find the items myself. In other stores, that would not have happened I know and to think I was spending about $1,500 on the items, I could have received better assistance.

2 stars, would give 1 but the gentleman who helped us (who by the way worked in a completely different department because nobody was working in the appliance department) was so nice. We were there to purchase a fridge, waited and waited around for an employee, NONE. Had to walk the entire store to find anybody to help. Then, were bamboozled regarding the price/sale of fridge. WORST experience ever!

The Augusta Home Depot is a great store. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. I love the selection of products and the garden center. The isles are always clear and clean. The staff are friendly and they don't mind helping me when I need help.

Went to the garden center at closing time and the employees waited on me and loaded my product with smiling faces. I needed some product to finish a job by the next morning and I delivered, all due to great service and wonderful people. Thanks Home Depot

At self check out I had an employee try to refuse accepting my Veterans ID card for the military/ veterans discount. She was rude and stated she would allow it this time. She had asked me if I have another card...rudely. I don't expect a thank you for your service, but rudeness isn't much fun in relation to my service. No issues at my normal Evans Home Depot with my ID or discount; I would highly recommend The Evans Store.
