All in all the store is a good one to shop at always plenty of employees there willing to help out

More organized, helpful, and knowledgeable about items and where they are located. Not sure what soil is best for your household plant. Ask. Families help one another when and where they can. So do the employees at this location. It was pleasant every time I shopped there.

The associates Wayne and James went above and beyond to help me out with a broken generator. Never received such fast and helpful customer service before.

Ellen in the paint department was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me and find The products that I needed for my home improvement project.

Even though the store was very busy, the team members I spoke to were knowledgeable and courteous.

I have been going to the Home Depot at Mueller since I moved to this area in 2014. I have seen a consistent improvements in the store such as: The redesign of the Return and Special Orders area makes it easy and efficient to make returns and pick up my orders for my projects. Beryl, a cashier in this area is very attentive to detail and an excellent communicator ! When I need help I find someone to help me and they will guide me to someone with special expertise if it is not their strength. The store is clean and the personnel are wearing masks to prevent the spread of COVID, signs require customers to use masks and there is hand sanitizer at the check out stations to use after using the signing devices. I love this store!

The store staff were so helpful and pleasant and there was a good selection of the products I needed. Check out was also a pleasant experience with the cashier being friendly while being competent.

I experienced some of the best customer service at this Home Depot- a total of three friendly sales associates helped me find everything I needed. I found the Covid safety precautions around the store made me feel comfortable when shopping, and the store was organized and clean.

Very poor customer service

Everyone is so helpful at this store. Even when they ask customers to wear mask, or I have to wait outside to be let in due to social distantcing the employees are still nice and respectful. Lately I have been to home depot to buy items that were not on the shelves. The employees try to tell me to the best of their knowledge when the items will be restocked.

The city has ordered social distancing and masks at stores, but there were no measures in place at this store. People in the checkout area were on top of each other. There were several customers in the store who weren't wearing masks. Why wasn't someone at the door to turn them away? Why weren't HD employees enforcing the mask policy throughout the store? There was an employee working the checkout area who didn't have a mask on. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I usually love Home Depot, but I'm not coming back unless they do something about this.

There were people in the store not wearing masks, despite the city's rule that all businesses require everyone to wear a mask to enter. There was even a Home Depot employee running a cash register who had his mask down around his neck. There were no measures in place for social distancing while waiting in line to check out. People were on top of each other. I didn't feel safe. Why isn't Home Depot enforcing the city mask requirement? Why aren't you keeping us safe?

Horrible customer service experience over the phone. Takes about 2-3 hours to get through to someone to help you when you call the service desk and they are not very friendly nor are they kind. I would expect a manager to be helpful and respectful when customers call especially when they are purchasing expensive items from your store.

Great employees, good location.

I used curbside on a visit. Drove up to assigned curbside area. Attendants were attentive, quickly got my order and said Thank you!

The 51st store has genuine people operating willing to help unlock the other branches... Jaunita the cashier, Caroline, D in Flooring, James in Flooring, and the guy Christopher i think in doors who is also knowledgeable in plumbing he wears the John Lennon spectacles, he is absolutely a great guy.

Employees are not knowledgeable about the products and they do not want to help the customers.
