Got exactly the light I wanted with the help of a nice gentleman in that department.

THe store was clean and I was able to find and get everything I needed.

As I walk into the store the employees were friendly throughout the store.The store look clean and organized.Christopher was the man that stood out he really took out the time to help and assist me then he walk over with me to another department to finish what I needed to get done.Need more people like him.

I was shopping for flooring product at another HD location. My selection was on sale, but was out of inventory. The flooring rep at this store took time to research the next closest HD store with inventory which was Mueller, so I went there. When I checked out, the price was not the same as the other HD store (this store did not have it on sale). The Operations Manager on duty said this store (Mueller) did not have it on sale and refused to honor price even though she confirmed sale at the the other HD store. I was very disappointed with customer service/support.

To many self checkouts and they try to open every box of large quantity items after you have counted items you needed. Your time is not important to them.

The store experience is top of the line for home hardware stores. The app mixed with the selection make this my first stop - and often my only stop - every time.

I placed an online order and arrived after having recieved the text stating my online order was ready. The returns wait is included with the online p/u line so something that should be quick and ez is then negated by long waits. When I finally reach the "customer service" person he states he has to walk to find my order and comes back with nothing. After a phone call he states they are at a different location and will be brought to me. They never brought them so I returned the whole order only I then had to wait until the items were in stock to get refund. How annoying and pointless was this whole process. When I asked to speak to a manager I was informed the there is no floor manager. If customer service can't help and he has no manager who then? Helpless pointless all around terrible situation to be in. Never again lesson learned.

MANAGERS cUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXELLENT.

"That's not my department, sir." "Some of our registers just stopped working." "Sorry that you can't read your receipt. An outsourced company does our machines. We can't fix the poor or light ink on it." "We only have one Lighting person." "I'm from gardening. I don't know anything about lights. The guy's at lunch." "We can't move the products in the aisles [front of the store] to reach the registers with your cart. You'll have to speak to the manager." Chaos reigns here and also passing along the customers to others. I saw 10 employees with arms akimbo. No one offered to assist me or their coworkers trying to get through the registers. I suggested that the merchandise placed in the middle of the aisles in front of the stores be removed or placed elsewhere, so persons with disabilities or with large shopping carts and merchandise be able to pass through the main aisle. An employee said to speak to a manager--who's unavailable--or to the night crew. Bring team work and the old Home Depot values back. What happened? Who leads here? Who's at the helm? The Mueller Home Depot is amazing I love the customer service is always a pleasure

I got incredible service at this home depot. Brenda and Will in Millworks saved me $1000s of dollars, plus Michelle in COS helped us correct a difficult transaction! Brenda and Will are extremely knowledgeable if you need windows and doors special ordered!

The customer service at this location has been excellent on all levels. Thank you so much for your added efforts and extended knowledge in the many departments that have been a part of home building.

I've consistently found the staff friendly and knowledgable, and there is sufficient staff so it is easy to find someone to ask when you want to find something in this enormous store. They have plenty of gardening supplies

The overall experience at the store was good. The lumber section we had a little problem they’re finding people to help them when we did they helped us. The front end associates and cashier they were all very friendly outgoing and had smiles and greeted us at the cash register as we checked out. Will go back again.

Always a nice trip in this store if you get lost you will be helped and if you are just thee to tinker great hospitality with the employees. I love this store I would travel far just to come here because I am treated very well

Go to checkout Shevonne at Checkout! She “nailed” every bit of what customer service is and made it an experience vs a transaction. Store was clean and well staffed. Made it easy to get in and out.

The customer service here is despicable and horrible. There is no one there to help you and when you find someone to ask them a questions they tell you "this is not my department sorry you have to find someone else!" That is just the tip of the iceberg the parking lot and parking at this location is the most horrible parking facility in existence. This place should closed down on account of this horrible parking lot alone in addition to the horrible customer service. Get adequate parking for your customers there is no excuse for this. Why is this the only Home Depot in this general area there was no reason whatsoever to close down the Home Depot store that was located at St.Johns & I-35 this would have given another store option for customers and relief to the total chaos going on at this store. All employees are in complete disarray and do not know what they are doing. Management here is less then incompetent to say the least. If there were a rating under 1 star it should be receive a negative star.
