We arrived 15mins before this store was closing was a pretty big cut list for lumber not expecting anyone to be accommodating. We asked for help from a representative and he immediately dropped what he was doing and assisted us even though the location was closing in just a few minutes. Would definitely go back to this location for all future projects they were also well stocked

The customer service at this location is better than other large home improvement stores, including some other Home Depot locations. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the addition of the self-serve checkouts.

Would recommend for quick access to last minute project needs. Great that they're open on Sundays until after the dinner hour (open until 8:00 PM). Very helpful having those late hours, even on Sundays.

Worst Home Depot EVER!

Great store. Always busy, but helpful when needed. If you look lost someone will ask if you need help. We generally find whatever we went to purchase. If not someone will help to order on line if necessary.

Store is severely understaffed and staff with phone orders is not friendly nor accountable during sale orders. A simple task of getting help on emailing over receipts from phone sales is a huge deal or issue with them. I have had over 4 bad experiences in the past 2 weeks with phone sales and it’s getting old. It’s takes 4-5 minutes to get through on the main phone line too. Something has to change, I never have this issue at other Home Depot’s in the austin area.

This store pretty much is stocked. Most of the time they have what I need. Employees are very friendly especially Joanna.

Your employers are always happy eager to help but for some reason today the paint area you ask him a question and normally they be like give me one minute sir I will help you today it was like if it's not on the Shelf it's not there what's that about normally zap it on the little gun like they normally do and tell you they're up in the Shelf up top

This is our main go to store. Our experiences for the most part has been pleasant. It is a high traffic store, which is find. Lets us know other must be satisfied with the store.

Typical Home Depot but with too much merchandise cluttering aisles and too many lazy or entitled people parking in the loading zone to shop. This particular store is closest to my house but I frequently drive elsewhere for a better, less cluttered and stressful experience.

Excellent store; excellent employees; excellent service.
