Wanda has always been so helpful with my business projects, would have been great to have known her before when I would go to the Home Depot store on 75th and McDowell. Even though I travel a little more with material or cost a little more for delivery I don't mind, due to the excellent service I receive. I expect with such great service Wanda provides to be in leadership soon well deserved.

The gm Vern is a amazing gm and such a helpful guy this is the only reason why I shop at this location is because of him. If he leaves I am only going to shop at Lowe’s because I know no gm will ever replace him Vern for president lol.

I needed to return an item, but I didn’t want to go into the store. I called from curbside pickup and explained my situation and Jacob came out, picked up my item, processed my return, and came out with my receipt. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was very understanding and went above and beyond. Thank you again, Jacob.

Besides being super clean, there was a worker there named Kaleb who was super helpful and helped me search for the right tool set

This store has very bad customer service. Bryan an employee was very rude to several customers.

*This is MY personal experience with this particular HD* Most times, there is no one to help you on the floor. When there is, most times, it feels like I'm inconveniencing them. Today while making a purchase, the cashier lady kept hovering over me even though it was a self checkout lane. Honestly, it made me really upset because it made me feel like she thought I was going to steal something. The only time I come to HD is if I absolutely can't find what I need SOMEWHERE ELSE. When I do come, most times I am reminded of exactly why I don't come often.

The Avondale store has that small town feel with friendly, knowledgeable employees who are willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs.

I shopped here on August 22. I had an excellent experience at this store. Amy (male) helped me pick out lumber needed, and Malcom cut it all the sizing I needed. Brenda the cashier did a great job finding all the bar codes on the lumber and ringing up my order. As I was leaving David helped me with the trolley as I was having some difficulty with it and loaded all the merchandise for me. I appreciate all you help!!!! Thank you TEAM AVONDALE Home Depot!!!! Outstanding job!

Exceptional customer service by both Oralia Esparza and Steve Bell. Would ask for their assistance in any future purchases I will be making. They went above and beyond with assisting me.

Ordered online. Online system said they had 3 in stock. Ordered all three. Several hours later get an email stating that my order was cancelled. Email did not say why. No one called to offer a reason or alternatives, such as ordering it and having it shipped in. Customer service is at an all time low. Called customer service 800 # wasted 30 minutes to get answer that they were out of stock. Manager at local store was also on the line and he stated that someone should have called. No one did. He said he would reprimand the employee. Still did not offer any alternative solutions like ordering the parts for me. Now I have waste more time trying to find the product to order again. Epic Fail!!! (note would have been no stars in the rating but they don't let you do that either)
