Issues with cashier and MOD had me disappointed and not wanting to return.

I called in to the Avondale store to make a bulk tile purchase. Missy was not only delightful to work with, she signed me up for a program that I wasn't aware of that saved me hundreds of dollars. I am absolutely over the moon right now! I was already happy with the pallet price we were getting but this was above and beyond. We are building out a newly acquired building for our groom shop and the savings will continue. Thank you, Missy!!!

Employees there are so rude The item I was buying had 5 different barcodes and after the second try an employee working on the self checkout said to me you did it rang twice. Now I have to re set! I think I’ll drive farther to Lowe’s

Not COVID Safe, messy and disorganized. Staff standing around in groups talking without mask. Parking lot a mess. Wondered without assistance and seemed to be avoided by the staff. Shop elsewhere!!!!

On a busy holiday weekend we still got great help! Our associate Paul was quick, knowledgeable and so helpful.

Don't go to this store the staff is totally unsafe to untrained in any safety precautions very few of the staff where mass I was approached by several of the staff way too close there's trash in the parking lot it's an unsafe parking lot there's unstocked shelves there's debris all over the store worse store I've ever been to

Had no big issues finding water heater that I needed online and buying it online and I want to say there curbside pickup was awesome very courteous friendly people I would definitely recommend the store

Rude employees. Reckless fork lift driver almost backed into me before I got into the store. About 19% of the employees were masked.

This store has promise... Need to work on their customer service.

Do not go there looking non-professional you will be judged you will be followed you will be harassed by lost prevention if they think that you are stealing or are suspicious activity they think is going on I honestly don't like to be followed I am not a criminal

We were charged for 30 pieces of wood when we only bought three. Making a $300 difference. Hopefully they can fix this easily and quickly.

Didn't have the items I verified by phone and website before going. Customer service was lousy and disgusting. Associates failed to find items and was told that if the inventory was 5 or less it usually wasn't available. Would you trust a store like that where associates say that?

Self check out "help employees" extremely rude, lack's customer service. She shouldn't be working in the front.

Angel was very helpful and so was the cashier but my girlfriend overheard someone named Connie making a snide remark about one of the customers. It was very rude.

Usually I do not require assistance and they have exactly what I need so I'm always in and out. But when I needed assistance today, I had to wait both before and after to the extent of about 40 minutes when I could have been out of the store in less than 5 minutes. The assistant that was sent to help me, left me to help another easier call which led to me waiting 30 minutes before 2 young gentleman were in the area by chance. I asked another gentleman before I was helped and he didn't even bother to help with my 1 minute task which was loading up my tool chest onto a flat. I had everything already prepped for expediting the process.
