This is my go to store and always have a great experience with them! I recently asked an employee to speak to the manager about donating items for my school. Juan was wonderful in helping me get the donation. He was with me from start to finish and went above and beyond!! The assistant manager was great and open to helping me out with this project.

Today we went to Home Depot and was very pleased, got in and right out... Had everything I needed!!!

I purchased a soldering tool and the necessary accessories, it worked fine the first time, but that was unfortunately the only time it worked. Though it is always frustrating to not be able to finish a task or job because of mechanical failure, but the return was incredibly simple, the products I needed were in stock, and the replacement is still going strong, and I will definitely be shopping there in the future.

Every time I go into this Home depot location I am greeted by the employees and if and when I need assistance looking for anything, there is always someone around near by to assist and they never just point me in the direction they walk directly there.. This to me shows real curtesy and great customer service...

I had recently bought three major appliances at the Home Depot on Ming and Sheila in appliances has to be one of the best honest employees, hands-down she took time and explained all my options in and out, comfortable to work with listens, very respectful and professional I wouldn’t deal with anybody else but her for just about any purchases at Home Depot.

Every time we go to Home Depot on Ming and Joann is helping us, we have a great experience. Everyone else is nice but she goes above and beyond. We love seeing her when we go there. She is the best employee!!!

I went to the Central location on Ming Avenue. I can count on great service there. Natasha Murphy was so patient and helpful. Very knowledgeable. She is the Sales Specialist at the appliance department and helped me with everything from placing the order, delivery and warranty. I am very pleased with my purchase for my father. She even assisted me in getting delivery status updates on my purchase!

Very professional service, staff ask you proactively, “How can I help you?” This is refreshing since some stores you have to search for employees, and they aren’t always helpful. Great job Home Depot !

Looking for flooring I highly suggest to go to Jose in Flooring ! He will go above and beyond Customer expectation (speaking from my own experience). Don't forget to go to Blexing when checking out, she is also very polite and patient/great attitude just like Jose in flooring.

Furthermore, the Ming location impressed me with its vast selection of items in stock. It's evident that the store management takes great care in ensuring that customers have access to a wide range of products. Whether I needed home improvement supplies, tools, or garden essentials, I could always count on the Ming HomeDepot to have what I was looking for. When Frankly initially assisted me, there seemed to be a miscommunication about the store's cutting policies. When Frankly assisted me, he seemed indifferent and unhelpful. He made little effort to engage and ignored my requests. He bluntly informed me that he wouldn't cut wood at 8 pm anymore and insisted that Home Depot only cuts pieces in half to fit inside cars, refusing to provide specific sizes. In addition, he displayed rudeness by loudly arguing with the customer service representative, belittling her over the device. While cutting the wood, he was brusque, telling me to step aside and displaying impatience. Despite my clear instructions for a 48 and a half-inch cut, he cut it all the way to 49 and a half inches. When I requested a correction, he callously refused, citing safety concerns, and made disparaging expressions as if I were unintelligent. I found his behavior deeply frustrating and was on the verge of confronting him for the disrespectful treatment he had subjected me to. It appears that the issue lies in the lack of training—either the saw isn't functioning properly or the plumbing employees at this store haven't received sufficient training in their job and customer service. It's puzzling why they offer a cutting service if they can't execute it correctly for the customer. Frankly's explanation that they only cut the piece in half to fit into a car doesn't make sense. What if a customer needs different sizes for their project? Cutting the piece in half could potentially ruin its usability for the customer's intended purpose. If Home Depot genuinely values its business, it's crucial not to retain employees like Frankly, who only drive customers away. In the end, the manager graciously stepped in and assisted me, ensuring my wood was cut to the correct size. They provided exceptional service, making up for the unpleasant encounter with Frankly. I explained my situation to the manager, detailing the inconvenience of having to return multiple times due to the incorrect cuts.

Yea why do u have to have the debit card for a return the receipt should be enough like every other store . This place likes to play hard ball and treat everyone like thieves

The person helping me check out,( which I didn't need her help) her name was Debbie, was completely RUDE and unprofessional, grabbing my credit card out of the machine, telling me I couldn't use it, AFTER it was approved! But then said, well this time you can. (Because it was already approved) Don't understand why I was treated with such disrespect...

He went beyond my expectations, and was so friendly and helpful. He is a reason to shop there again.

I bought and was unhappy with a product, I was ashamed to return it because the box was opened. I asked the employee what I should do and with great enthusiasm she asked to return it. I was happy! I returned it and bought something more expensive.
