Every time I go to this Home Depot I find what I want with ease. If I need help I have always gotten it. Sometimes at check out the cashier will tell me the items I bought were to heavy for me to be lifting and call for someone to come put them in my car without me asking for help.

The store is always bright and clean our cashier was very friendly Angelica asked us if we found everything ok

The store was very neat and clean. Most of the product was properly put away on their proper spaces. I do understand customers remove items, change their minds, then never put the item back from where they removed it. The sales associates are very knowledgeable, helpful, and above all courteous.

Men's bathroom was disgusting. Apparently no employees care enough to clean it.

Most of the products are available. But lacks help, some times you have to waite longer then usual.

Display for inventory very disorganized and messy. Hard to find items where they were listed. Several different items on same holder. You need an employee to straighten inventory consistently.

This store’s staff members are an absolute joke. They are highly inexperienced, rude, and distant. Good luck finding help; you won’t get any.

Excellent customer service. Sales Associate (Jackie) remembers me from previous visits, greeting and addressing me by my name. Very refreshing! Am going to miss seeing her at the customer service desk when she leaves for maternity.

I purchased a kitchen sink from Home Depot on 11/17/18 for my parents' home. I was so excited, because my parents were in the middle of remodeling their kitchen, and I purchased the sink so that their kitchen could be somewhat complete by the holidays. However, the very next morning after purchasing the sink, my parents opened the box and what we found was devastating. Not only was the sink inside damaged, but it was also the wrong sink! What we found inside was not even the same sink as displayed on the cover of the box. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Sadly, this was not the worse part. Directingly after discovering the damage, my parents and I went directly back up to Home Depot. I paid roughly $300.00 for this sink and I was not about to waste money...so we went back directly! When I walk up to the counter to return the damaged, cracked sink, the cashier gave me my money back, but to me and my parents amazement blamed the damages on us! My parents and I were very upset. I have never recieved worst customer service in my life and am highly displeased! If you shop at this Home Depot, and purchase any items that come sold in a box, please open it up first before you leave the store to see that it is the actual item displayed on the box...It may or may not be what you purchased!

Very friendly but seem to be short staffed. Supervisors doing their best but floor employees seem to be stressed. This store is always stocked, and always clean. Josephine, Vickie and Billy are the BEST! Just an awesome crew. They remember regulars on a first name basis and they really treat you like a friend when they see you. They are super knowledgeable on the products and seem to know exactly where everything is located. If you go to Home Improvement stores often, I implore you to go to this one.

Every employee I spoke to at the store tried to help me. They went as far as paging someone that could help me with the specialty of my choice
