I am in their daily and I'm always greeted with helpful Home Depot personnel I'm especially fond of the lumber department personnel.. there is an employee there a big African American fellow there that clearly should be given a raise. Every time I go in there he is giving his best 100 and 10% he is a Savage and I just wanted him to know that I will always respect a man that gives his all in the work field. Cheers home depot!

This store is always very clean and the employees are very knowledgeable of products and very helpful they greet me when I come in they think me after I've done shopping and one of my favorites is ANISSA because she has so much knowledge of products in the store and sales anything that's on sale she's got the knowledge for it .GREAT TEAM OF EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT.

Be prepared to leave empty handed, EVEN if you checked inventory on the website. It does not mean anything!

There are many employees ready to assist. Also line never get longer than 2 minutes. I love go to this store.

Whenever I visit Home Depot, I always feel at home. The employees are always available to help, and answer questions when i have them. They will take time to stop what they are doing, and even walk to a place in the store to see if what I am looking for is in stock. They are kind, and willing to help at all times.

Dont look on the website to check inventory because they had 0 of the items l went for that showed there was inventory.

POOR SERVICE AT PRO DESK NO GOOD DEAL FOR CONTRACTORS

Its just convenient off of ming. Ive been told by their electrical manager in the past that they don't sell wire strippers. Most recently they told me home depot doesn't have scissors to remove the security tags off purchased items. East side home depot definitely thrives better at assisting.

Shoppers please be mindful when using self check-out, during my visit the employees were not disinfecting either the touch screen or hand scanners between customers. Help stop the spread of the Virus Bakersfield!

they had things piled in front of handicap rails that I needed to purchase. could not see what they offered due to overstock piled in front of products. My father still does not have handicap rails installed due to this issue.

Shanika in plumbing was courteous and knowledgeable. Kudos to her!
