10 minutes to self checkout. only 1 self checkout working. 2 self checkout closed with 5 people in line as i walkwd up. rude worker. would not call manager to fix the checkout

Literally waited 30 minutes in the tool section to have something unlocked. We asked 7 associates for help. Nobody knew who was supposed to be able to help us. Nobody followed up after announcing it on the intercom. Finally a VENDOR who wasn’t even an associate there was the one who helped us.

So I went to get a lawnmower, no one was in the area to assist so I went to cashier and she found the 1 kid to assist. After 20 mins of him looking for a lift and pallet to move the random product in the middle of the floor, he processed to tell me the exact mower Im clearly looking at is not available and then says they have them but they are other isles. So as I go to the other isle thinking he was still gonna help, he completely ignored the fact I told him I found the one I needed and processed to help other people for 30 min. I patiently waited and so when he was done we went to lawn section where on top there were dozens of the model I needed. After looking lost and asking another employee she tells him they can't move the lawn furniture to get the product up top and go look outside. We went outside and none was there. He tells me there are 40 in stock at a different store when I just saw with my own eyes over 80 at the same store I was in!!!! I was heated at this point. So I was looking for a manager. I went to a cashier and saw even more lawnmowers of the model I wanted! She was helpful and called two other guys, it took 10 MINUTES to move even heavier merchandise to get the lawnmower off the top shelf! Couldn't have been more grateful for them. No one even offered to help take it out to my car after I told them I been in that store for 2 hours for nothing!!! Mad was an understatement. I won't be back for sure. 2 hours wasted all because customer service was terrible and associates just clueless.

In a world of robotic unfriendly & unhelpful store employees with NO knowledge about ANYTHING Katherine took a BAD experience & STAYED off the clock for 45 minutes to RESOLVE my issue. WHO does that ? She was LEAVING when she heard me complaining & STAYED to make SURE it was CORRECTED. Very FRIENDLY. Personable but most IMPORTANT she CARES about her customers & OBVIOUSLY loves what she does.

The store was fine, although the aisles were really crowded because they were bringing in the plants. The cashier was in such a hurry to get me out of there that she didn't let me put in my email address so I could get an email receipt. Not a problem if you choose self checkout, which is what I should have done.

The store manager and department manager Robbie and his staff always greet and take care of me!!! Love this store!!!

Great prices and customer service.

I has bought a a/c unit back some time ago.. 2006 i think..a/c was on sale. so once i got it home plug it n a/c did nothing..no refunds r returns so after a week r so..homedepot email me to come n get a new a/c unit. thanks cause it was hot that summer..

I do all my home-improvement shopping with Home Depot. I absolutely love that I can come with my dog and do my shopping instead of leaving him home by himself. Thank you Home Depot for being one of the few stores that allows our furr babies to come and feel welcome

To start I had an associate call for help for someone with a key in the department I was at. The $700 dollar welder I was inquiring was Locked up. I spoke to a gentleman that asked for help as well for cutting some chain, and nobody came for him. He took matters into his own and cut it himself. I waited for about 40 minutes while several other associates walked by and ignored me. I finally got tired & took the top part of the shelf apart to get the welder through the top. No worries I put it back. Now I'm covered in dust, and hurting. I don't think I'll return to this store.

Extremely rude employee at the entrance of store when i tried to greet her and ask for a simple product. Fortunately, a manager took care of the situation and was very kind and friendly. She apologized for the rude employee and promised she would address the issue.

I like shopping at this store, my family drives from their home in Lancaster to shop here.

it seems lately THD has gone to the dogs. I used to go to THD for advice. There are too many kids on the floor. They don't know the product. They've never put their hands on the projects. They don't own anything. They aren't motivated to learn or sell. It's very frustrating. I spoke to Miguel, a manager regarding my experience. He was very friendly and assured me that things are going to change soon. I really hope it does.

The employees were super kind and helpful. They helped me get what I needed without rushing me which I truly appreciated.

Kym Radford and RayRay gave us wonderful excellent customer service. They both knew what they were talking about and I would recommend this Home Depot to all my friends and family. This is why I like coming To this location. All associates were nice and friendly. Store is always clean and fully stocked

Messy, cluttered store. Cashier "Celeste" was rude and, once she realized she had made a mistake in my order....tried to put the blame on me. I presented a Home Depot coupon for 10% off my order along with my item and my credit card, she said I had to make my purchase first. (Made no sense but...she was the cashier). . After making the purchase, I handed her BACK the coupon and she asked how much I wanted to pay. I pointed to the LARGE LETTERS that said 10% Off and said "it's a coupon". She shouted back "Why didn't you tell me?". I stated that I handed it to her with my card. That's when she claimed I had to make a $25 or more purchase for the discount (nowhere on the coupon does it say that).

This is a great location, they always have what I'm looking for and when I'm having trouble finding something or need suggestions about a project the help is always available .Great place.
