I am running for office in Dallas, Texas for Dallas ISD School Board and I visited the Home Depot in Mesquite, Texas for the supplies that I was looking for and they were out of stock (4x4 steel u-post item #099713048897) but The Home Deport Store in Balch Springs was my saving grace they had them in stock. Good looking out to make sure you had the items in stock during campaign season.

Sharronda was patient in the process of finding the item.. Very kind person.

I enjoy going to this store. The clerks are usually friendly and helpful. However, I am on the phone now with home depot because we bought a storm door and wanted to get someone to come out and install it. I have been transferred 3 times and on hold now for 30 mins. I do not mind waiting for a few minutes, but to be put on hold for this long is unacceptable.

Floor employees are generally rude and not knowledgeable or professional about assisting customers. Seem disinterested in customer issues. However the cashier was extremely nice.

Terrible customer service,lazy employees and managers.

Im older and disabled. I needed some help, a young guy named Ramon was there with a smile, walked to the other side of the store to help me, then loaded the stuff into my car for me. He was the best and I am very thankful for his help. He is an asset to the company. Told manager Jorge about Ramon, he needs a raise, lol. defiantly a great employee. Thank you Ramon for your help, i could not have lifted those for anything right now.

Great store, very helpful employees, Cashiers are very friendly. I like to shop here because it is close to the freeway and easy to access.

This store is one of my go tos. I surround myself with a garden experience which calms me... If I only ride the scooter through the garden/outside area that's enough for me. However, I leave out with a plant regardless. I'm looking to do a laminate floor remodel soon, so Home Depot has alot for me to choose from.. Im a dys type of lady

Friendly very helpful associates!

They messed up about refund. Instead of giving me cash they gave me a gift card. When I clearly had a receipt for cash.

The associates in plumbing (Pauline who knows anything and everything about plumbing) and hardware (Richard who helps you find anything) are always extremely helpful.

Rude employees that are unwilling to help. Lot loaders huddle by carts and laugh as people struggle and drop stuff loading their own things. Merchandise is stacked high and is falling all around due to no help. This store is downright dangerous. Wear your hardhat! I am in a home Depot almost daily bc I remodel. This store has so many employees, but don't let that fool you, they go the other direction quickly if they see someone needing help. Numerous horrible trips to this Depot! This city would thrive if another home improvement store was local.

I went to the store to purchase flooring material. The employee, Jack Hamilton, assisted me from beginning to end. He located the products, loaded them on the cart, assisted in checkout and loaded them on my truck - and he was fast and efficient. Never have I recieved such royal treatment at Home Depot.

This store generally has everything I need to maintain my home.

It's the only one close to us as we live near Lasater rd. So we depend on this Home Depot but some of their associates are very rude and disrespectful.
