I know general CEO employed don't know but, Puerto Rico is a place where you don't get hired because your a good employee, you get hired because you know someone inside. I find this action unfair because we all deserve a opportunity to work On a great place like homedepot

Very nice employees and client services

I came to return some items for my client and the Customer Service representative Zuleyka at store #6401 in Bayamon helped make the process very smooth. Some items were very heavy and some didn't have the original packaging, but she was very patient and understanding. Her fellow employees were all very nice as well. ¡Muchas Gracias! -Sydney-

Im incredibly pleased with the help, patience and excellent service that Rose provided today. It was a large kitchen cabinet order and 2 carts of merchandise. She took great care of me, loaded the cabinets in trolleys,l and pushed them out in the loading area all by herself. She also helped me put things in my car. And all with a big skill! Please giver her a bonus. I’ve never been treated like this. She also be promoted as a trainer! Customer service is what makes the difference from buying in a place over the other.

Please management do better. If you value your peace. Do not by any means visit this location. Always a Lack of inventory. Employees need retraining on process and procedures and appropriate etiquete and manners on how to engage with customers. Just good customer service overall.

I had problem assembling an equipment. I realized that the the box had an error. I expained it to Taina from Bayamon store, and sshe told me what to do. I went back to the store and her assistant, I believe her name is Erika, these to girls are amazing! they truely helped and with a lot of passion in customer service.!

Excellent store however, we need another one closer to center of island. Or at least barceloneta municipality. Since there is lot of construction in center of island.

Every product is excellent quality.
