Store was clean, had a great parking area. Employees seemed nice. I used the self check out, so i didnt had any interaction with cashiers or employees. But everything was neat, cleaned and organized

Home Depot is my favorite store ever. I feel like a kid in a candy shop. Home improvement is my thing so I always come because I know I will always find what I am looking for!

The store is extremely hot and humid! Is better not to go or to go before closing.

Staff from plumbing (Eliezer) and tiles were very helpful at helping is making the selection and finding the appropriate stock for materials for our bathroom remodeling.

The Decora line looks great in a home but they are fragil. Rocker switch /receptacle combo broke after 4 yrs so I replaced with a new one at 4times the price of regular switch. The new one starts arcing internally. Fire hazard in our bathroom. I didn't believe my wife when she told me until i heard the crackling myself. Really? I expect no less than 10 years from Leviton if it costs $16 + tax. Old style $4 switch works fine.

As i mention in previous writing box. An employe made absolutely all the difference, he gave me the best customer service and experience I've ever had in any Home Depot or stores. He was extremely attentive, educated, creative and had problem solving skills and found great solutions. Knows the store from top to bottom, definitely went above and beyond. This young man’s work should definitely be acknowledged and recognized. His name is Khristian works at Bayamon plaza del Sol.

Poor customer service at lumber department. Poor customer service at cashier's. Not enough registers open to pay and self serve stations crowded. Not able to find a store manager on floor.
