I bought several Ryobi tools

Great Store & Great Service

I went to buy something at plumbing dept and was very easy to find great store.

This home depot is my go to for construction needs, best of all others i frequent.

I bought some items and after that returned some of them. It was easy complete the return and get the credit.

I went to purchase various items, ladder, tools and screws for a project and I was able to leave with everything I needed instead of having to go to another store.

TOTALLY SURPRISE THAT ALL EMPLEYEES GREET YOU AND ASK IF HAVE FOUND WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR. ALSO IF SEE YOU LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ASKED IF ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED.

Store is neat. Products are only found in this store. Thank you!

Not perfect but I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I went to Home Depot in Bayamon to look for cleaning products and plumbing issues. The employees were very helpful and I enjoyed my time there.

Everything about this store is awful: the parking, the indoor space, the checkout area, the customer service. Save yourself from having a bad experience (like I did) and go to a different location.

Good product at good price

One important and sometimes overlooked aspect of shopping is the sense you are sharing a community experience during the time you spend in the store. During the pandemic, store employees are interacting with many people and yet remain focused on each customer. I have visited THD store in my area several times in the last month and this continues to stand out as a major plus. People trying to go back to their lives and THD employees making that happen during that short time in the store.

Some time products doesn't have the labels to facilitate checkout process.
