Anytime I go into this store, I'm greeted immediately and ask if I need any help. If someone doesn't "know the answer", they find someone who does. When checking out, the cashiers seem to genuinely appreciate customers shopping there. Priceless to me.

I went just to look for gas stove and I got out with my buy.Suzanne Lummus appliance specialist help me so it was fast and easy to get what I was looking for delivery was on time and I’m happy with my buy

We went to go get kilz and cabinet paint ,Amanda in paint was amazing she helped us find the primer and a good cabinet paint was very knowledgeable and friendly . Definitely would recommend and will be back

Bought this bulb. Geraldine was very helpful..

I bought a space heater and some other supplies. The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me in selecting the right product.

Very disappointed with the store. The checkout process was confusing. There was only three self-checkout registers with a long line for those. There were five employees standing around the checkout area, but no one there to help. I bought some light bulbs. When I got home only three of the four were in the box.

Whether I am on an aisle searching for a product, returning a product in customer service, picking up curbside, or just checking out, I have always had excellent customer service, and the staff at the Baytown Home Depot have been quick to respond and help. Really appreciate the friendly approach!

Hope depot is our second home. Everything I need I always get it at home depot.

Associates were attentive, friendly and helpful trying to locate products that I couldn’t find. Every employee that helped me was kind and courteous and two of them even used their phones to try & locate products for me without me having to ask. Store seemed a little unorganized, but I think they’re in the process of reorganizing/remodeling it.

The store website is very misleading. I purchased an online item at the store for a delivery date of 7/18, only to find out that the actual delivery date changed without notice to 7/29. When I tried to cancel the order within an hour of purchase, they said that the item was already in the shipping status and they couldn't cancel it. The item is coming from Home Depot warehouse, so why can't they cancel the transaction? According to the rep, I have to either wait for the item to be delivered and returned it at the store or refused the delivery. Unbelieveable!!!!!

THIS IS "MY STORE". IT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I USE. VERY PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND VERY HELPFUL

CS Madi needs to learn to focus on a customers transaction, because she was to busy talking about last nights issues, my transaction had to be voided not 1s not 2x but 3x.... love shopping but truly hate it when this happens a extra 30 minutes of my life wasted and not even a fake apology given.
