The service desk has been given a facelift which makes the appearance and flow so much better! We stopped by for a price comparison on washing machines, and bought one on the spot with the amazing help of store clerk - Edna! She was exceptionally helpful and made the entire buying experience seamless! We WILL be back for sure!!!☺️

store was very neat and associate Cindy from the garden section went above and beyond in her helping us today ..we found the product we were seeking also associates at the self checkout were helpful to me I enjoyed my visit today to Home Depot and I will return soon..:-)

Average for today's general home improvement service. Could not find store staff at locations other that in the front of the store and none at product locations. Had to walk to the front to ask for help about products at locations and then none of the staff congregating in the front of the store were sure where the products were (pump sprayers).

Would not recommend this store. It used to be great, but now they have gone to ALL self check. If I have to check my own things I should at the very least receive an employee discount.

I was not able to get assistance when I was at this store.

I found everything I will need when I remodel my home at reasonable prices. And found a lot of things for Christmas presents.

They have lots and lots of stock. The employees were so helpful and informative about all their departments.

Just purchased washer & dryer and it was actually a pleasant experience: helpful employee answered my questions and made the process go very smoothly.

The store is always clean from the garden center to the lumber area. Most all employees are very knowledge of all products. The answer to all review guidelines is yes.

Baytown texas store is very clean efficient and a great place to shop employees are very friendly and helpful. But the contractor that performs the installs suck
