Flooring staff (esp Theresa) are knowledgeable and helpful. Coworkers respectfully helped with our purchase. The Manager that I worked with earlier in the week was not helpful and I was not going to return to the store. The flooring representatives saved our business and we will be coming back .

When I shop and Home Depot, an associate is readily available to assist in finding the products I am looking for. Courtesy and respect are what I receive shop at your stores.

I went with my visually challenged sister to purchase a new refrigerator at the Beavercreek store a suburb of Dayton, Ohio. Charles the sales associate was excellent and went out of his way to accommodate us. Unfortunately the delivery people on that day, Dec. 22, called to let us know they would be there in 40 minutes never showed. No calls. After two hours we called the 800 number and were informed that the delivery people said they could not go down our street because it was not open. This was not true. The second excuse was they were in front of the house for two minutes but no one was there. This is not true as we were waiting with door open. I would have thought a call to follow up would have been part of customer service policy. However, no one called and we had to call to find out that my special needs sister who had worked to clean out her freezer and lowere refrigerator was going to get delivery on a date set for first of January. This date was made without our consent. After talking with 800 CS rep. she was able to get delivery Dec. 23. Even though my special needs sister will have to reload and unload the old refrigerator again, rearrange furniture, and have someone with her, was thankful we were getting it December 23. I will advise later how this will work out. We were disappointed as we have dealt with Home Depot before but the delivery aspect I cannot recommend.

They helped us with storm doors today and gave us options to order a color they didn’t stock.

Helpful worker at this Home Depot .Friendly people. Have lots of merchandise. Even if they are busy they will stop and help you out.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a washer and a dryer. Charles was the associate who waited upon me and took care of my order back in major appliances. Overall the store was very clean and well laid out and well stocked and the associates were very polite and helpful. I will definitely be returning to the store again and again with any home needs that I will be having in the future. Thank you!

During my recent trip all associates were very helpful in locating the items I needed. Everyone I interacted with was sincerely friendly.

I've generally had great experiences at this store & the employees are normally very helpful, polite and professional. One employee, though, acted as if I was bothering him when placing a special order and insisted that I couldn't receive a military discount on a special order, although I've received it on past special orders. Although he did give me the military discount, he acted as if it came out of his pocket.

John in the flooring department was awesome. After a very frustrating 3 hours of dealing with Lowe’s, I went to Home Depot and not only purchased my flooring, but was very satisfied with the Customer service and professionalism of their employee. My transaction took 20 minutes and I was very pleased. Home depot is now my go to store.

I tried to return an item which was less than 1 day old. I didn’t use the item and had my receipt in hand. The store didn’t return the item. Told me to put it back in my car (Item was over 80 lbs) and that I couldn’t leave it at the store. I asked to see the manager. The manager wouldn’t see me. I have had very poor experiences returning items. This is not an isolated case. I will not be returning.

I went to my local Home Depot store looking for shepherds' hooks. Emily was so helpful and called for Dakota to come and help her locate them. Both employees were so friendly and courteous-perfect examples of valuable employees! The items were located and Dakota got them for us, Emily checked us out, and our trip to Home Depot was a success. These two employees went above and beyond in helping me make my purchase. Thank you, Dakota and Emily for being such helpful and friendly people!

Home Depot doesn't make me feel like a valued customer.

Was not able to find anyone for assistance in getting the product to checkout (weight is approximately 70 Lbs and I am 73 yrs old) 20 years ago it would not have been a problem lifting it but now it was somewhat of a task. The cashier at checkout finally asked if I needed help loading, eventually someone did help me load after another customer offered to help me.

This is my second time buying appliances from this store. The people are very nice and professional

They did an excellent job supporting sale of kitchen cabinets and a whole-house electric generator. Very pleased.
