An employee tried to help me locate items I was looking for. When he couldn't find the amount I needed, he let me know what another local Home Depot had at their store.

In-store customer service was adequate, feel badly for the workers who seemed way understaffed and overworked. BIggest complaint is 800 customer service; it is non-existant. 1-800 customer service is a nightmare. 800-466-3337 non-responsive, uncoordinated, zero help. Hoop after hoop transfer after transfer, finally to the overseas service which was, we're at a loss for words. This involved a fence project financed through Home Depot (CitiBank) that has been one Halloween nightmare!

I've been shopping at this store for home improvement products and material for more than five years and have good shopping experiences every time. Employees have always been helpful and courteous. I like this store and will continue to shop here even though it is a longer drive than some competitors simply because of the service.

When i was looking at bath fixtures, I found a vey helpful and friendly associate who answered all my questions and made some good, useful suggestions for when I decide to place my order (3 toilets) with Home Depot. And I WILL be back to place an order very soon.

Due to Covid-19, I have been working from home and getting a lot of projects done. Home Depot has always had what I needed in stock and everyone is friendly and offering assistance. Other places I have tried were out of stock on a lot of things, so I always make Home Depot my first stop now.

Great store,had exactly what I needed

Really like it that Home Depot lets the customer decide if they want to wear a mask. Choice is a great thing. Have not been patronizing retailers that have mask requirement to enter the store.

Staff continually is available and pleasant on the floor. Moreover they approach you and ask if you need assistance in locating an item. Lastly the checkout team are always polite and assist if needed. Great service from the HD team!

My online order was canceled because they were out of stock. Went to store and found out they had more than enough available. the manager Alex said it was probably canceled because no one wanted to pull the 19 wood panels. And initially the customer service person said it was probably because of my credit card without even looking. Very Poor service from the management of this store. Did not apologize or do anything to make the experience better. Very inconvenienced and project had to be postponed for 2 + weeks because of them. So if your order gets canceled you may want to visit the store and check or do not even try to order online in the first place.

The employees were all smiling and asking if I needed anything, very helpful as I did need help at the self checkout. I thought everything was clean and very well organized as well.
