I couldn’t get the power tool I was planning on getting but Zach was very helpful in helping me get something even better. Without his help and input I would have left the store without buying anything.

This store is consistently cluttered and disorganized. There are typically pallets shoved haphazardly in aisles making shopping on those aisles impossible. Today's visit included the garden area, with pallets, large boxes and carts full of merchandise preventing the ability to easily move down aisles. It is very common to look for something here, that the Home Depot app shows in stock, and find that the item isn't in stock in the location identifed by the app. It can take days for incoming items to get stocked on the shelves. Overall, I do shop at Home Depot but avoid the Bellevue store if possible.

Toni helped us while we forgot our wallet at home . She gave us great help and freed us from coming back again

I bought an electric de Walt power washer and I’m happy with it. Thanks to Home Depot member Van I got the right tool I needed. If you’re ever in the power tool section ask for Van. He’s a cool dude.

Good store like it alot.

NO order and NO responsible person who can say when will be my order. I did an order on 03/01 and it should be there on 03/03. Then I got a call from seller and she said they CAN'T deliver and I need to pick up. WHAT? But ok, I can do it. So it should be they said on 03/07. I called 03/08 and they said it's on the store and need to be ready for pick up. Ok. Today is 03/09 and again calling them and they said we don't know when will be delivery. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

I always receive great service here. I was helped at the service desk by Toni and the manager Gianni.

It took 50 minutes after purchase for employees to bring out the drywall I bought and it started raining in that time.

Not World Peace, but still something I wanted. An employee, Barrett, was enormously helpful and went out of his way to enable me to use an antique door knocker I'd bought online. It needed screws to attach to my door, but this simple task hit road blocks. Not only did the knocker not have a brand for Barrett to look up, the size and color of the screws were hard to find. Barrett also noticed that the hinge screw was stuck and needed replacing. He had to track down a tool in the back to accomplish this, but he was patient, determined, and creative. And successful!

We are frequent shoppers of Home Depot. Every time we go we find someone friendly and knowledgeable to help us. This is not the same situation we find at other stores.

I bought a defective kitchen faucet and wasted 2 hours installing and uninstalling it. However, the stellar manager went out of her -- yes, HER -- way to make it right, finding another faucet at a different store, and I had it overnight in less than 10 hours. She even compensated me somewhat for the inconvenience. This manager, Kari, and her associate, Toni, were efficient and professional in every way.

Every time I visit this location Leslie is there to make customers day. Very friendly, informative and helpful.

This particular store promised in writing, we would have a quote on the flooring we want to order. The floor has been measured, but not a word yet from Home Depot which promised we would have it within 48 hours max. Nope. Nothing. In the past, we have had this issue with them too. Don’t know why we returned to this particular store only to repeat the same poor service.

Warren I believe is a valued employee.

Delay after delay after delay. Then a damaged grill arrives a week after date promised. On top, after calling, the employee I talked to asks me to keep it. Ridiculous.

I bought a blower some time ago and I am very satisfied with it.

I told Julia at self check out that the faucet box is opened and damaged. She said it's a box that I would throw away. She also said I could get another box or take the damaged one, that if it has missing parts or is damaged I could return it. That's not a good answer. Frustrated, I walked from self check out all the way to bathroom faucets and got a sealed box.

I briefly stopped by Home Depot on my way home to pick up a couple of plants. I was pretty dismayed when there were 3 people ahead of me in line, but the clerk, Warren, was fast, efficient, and had a great sense of humor, cheering up everyone along the way. I found the plants I wanted, was in and out of there quickly, and left with a smile on my face. It was a great shopping experience!

We came for an item that we couldn’t find, but Dave and Sebastian went above and beyond to help us find a comparable alternative and help us get it into our car (a very tight fit). Dave helped us evaluate our options and helped us search the store for the item we wanted. Even though it wasn’t convenient for them, they both made us feel like it was no big deal to find a specific item and helped us get it into our tiny car for transit. I cannot say how much they both made our experience so positive. Thank you so much. We would not have bought without them

Simply put, this store is a mess. No pro parking, terrible customer service and the aisles are full of product so you can't get carts around. They screwed up my order and I've been on hold for almost twenty minutes now. Ever few minutes someone picks up but doesn't talk then puts me back on hold. If you've ever worked in a call center, this is a trick they use to make their hold time numbers look better. They've done it to me about five times already. The kicker is that I can hear them laughing and talking in the background. Honestly, this place is the worst. Now I have to go down there and get this straightened out. What a joke. If you have an option to go someplace else, any place else, do it. Save yourself the issues I have had with these people. It's not worth it.

So many products that using the In-Store App makes finding what I need fast and easy to locate!!

Plan to spend 20 min finding/waiting for a spot-if you drive a bigger truck or van good luck! Most employees avoid eye contact or any basic human interaction. If you don’t require any help or to be greeted with a smile- than this is your place.
