Today, the first employee I bumped into when I entered, knew exactly which aisle I needed to go to and quickly responded. Another employee, who was busy helping several people in a row, not only helped me retrieve an item but also greeted me later when I returned to pick up some more things. And lastly, the cashier actively offered to help me ring up items when I approached the area. Everyone, while busy, still made the time to answer and behavior professionally, quickly, efficiently and in a friendly way.

Great place to shop for guy's.

Everyone was so friendly. However, there is a cute buff guy that helped us shake our paint. Will return if I ever need more paint. Lmaoooo

Long but fun trip! Guy (his name is Guy) was amazing; helped me to return an item. Then, at the paint department, Connor was professional and knowledgeable. Finally, Erwin, Aria, and Alexis were great in helping me to pay for my purchased items. Great experience as always.

Erwin was extremely helpful in helping me purchase a workbench and getting it into my car.

Cashier Ermin at Bellevue was super friendly :).

This store is ALWAYS out of stock of at least one of the items that I am trying to acquire. Doesn't seem to matter which department, they always manage to disappoint with missing items. Their aisles are also frequently filled with pallets that are blocking traffic flow. Add to this their nagging security systems that constantly record you and make obnoxious noises and warnings while simply trying to shop and it's a recipe for a miserable shopping experience. Perhaps it reflects the lack of competition in the area. The only redeeming thing about this store is that their employees are typically nice and do try to help.

I was looking for a table and the only one was missing a tag. I had to ask for assistance and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service Liam and Brett provided to help identify the product so that I was able to bring it home. The time they spent with me (on a busy Sunday) was greatly appreciated!

Tried to return 2 Ryobi tools. The line for returns was out the door, and no one was at the Returns department. Several people got out of line to see if they could get someone to help and were told there was nothing they could do. One employee said, "its not my department"

Nader always serves our company with patience and respect in the door and window department, and for this reason, we always go to Bellevue branch. He is professional.

For fast check out and a super smile, seek out Leslie in the garden department. She is awesome!!!

Ilaria is a Home Depot customer service rep who is amazing at her job and went above and beyond to help me with a complex issue related to a store credit not working. Kudos to her and to Home Depot for hiring and empowering people like her to keep customers coming back!

I ordered something online, and figured $8.99 for delivery would save my time. They send me the wrong item (lower model $50 cheaper), asked me to come in to return it, and still charged me the delivery fee. In addition, the coupon that I used wouldn't work, so I ended up paying more for the same unit.

I tried to purchase a small piece of edging for my yard that cost $1.89. They were unable to find the piece in the computer and therefore would not let me make the purchase. Most stores have a miscellaneous item category where things like this can be charged. Not Home Depot. . .if it's not able to found in the computer, sorry. . .no sale.

Debee in the paint department was the most helpful, gracious and knowledgeable employee I've ever come across in any department in the Bellevue HD. She knows her paint.

Jerry, the returns cashier, made the experience a treat! He was speedy, friendly, and brightened my day, All interactions with every sales associate were also excellent--great training and folks at this store!

I’ve had great shopping experiences in this location. For example, today Brigid the cashier went out of her way and helped me in the paint section near the end of the shift. She darkened the paint that I had already bought yesterday. Brigid was very genuine, kind and helpful the entire time. After several trials, she was able to help me get my desired paint color and save a 5-gallon paint. Thank you so much for your service!

I bought a special order Jeld-Wen door. A month later, this store called when it arrived and told me to come pick it up. I took time off work when the weather was nice and hooked up my trailer and went to the store. The door they brought to me was the wrong style (not what I ordered) and was severely damaged. NO ONE would have accepted the door. Why would the store not tell me in advance that the door was damaged??? I spent over three hours of my time going to the store, returning the damaged door and re-ordering the same door...when much could have been avoided. I was told the door department would call the next morning to help me get the right door ordered - that never happened. I tried 4 times to get ahold of the door department and the phone would hang up after I was transferred... Doesn't feel like a company with customer service as a priority or hungry for business...

I bought some different flooring sample options to determine which one was right for my project. I then returned the ones not selected. The cashier Ermin was very capable and prompt in transacting the return. He also helped calm down my 2 year old with a lollipop which was very thoughtful of him.

I went to The Home Depot for supplies for my Eagle Scout Project. The staff there were happy to donate and offer discounts for my purchase. They are the most awesome staff.
