HD is THE place to go for home improvement projects for inside and outside your home. Their customer service and knowledgeable employees keeps us coming back.

I came to pick up some parts for my boss when I went to start my car the battery was dead. I came back inside to look for a jump box to use to start my car .Kathy was the cashier helping me I told her I had to buy this to jump my car asked her if it was all ready charged up she wasn't shure she asked me if i needed help I told her yes she went out of her way to find people to cover her and took a break and came out and jumped my car she saved the day Thanks again

The employees are absolutely amazing. They make home improvement shopping so much easier, and I always leave in a good mood because of the helpful and enthusiastic employees we deal with there. The store is well laid out, but employees are more than happy to assist in locating items and making sure you have all the help you need, whether it's a decision on a brand/type or something completely different.

They were great: Dakota, Sandi, Pep and Idriss! They know how to listen and help out what I needed and wanted. The bogus ad was corrected by these above and beyond service provided associates. Thank you very much! I will come and shop here again, in Bellevue Home Depot. I highly recommend these associates to you for your remodel questions.

I had purchased a new closet pole after mine had broken and unfortunately it had cracked in half only a month after buying it. I went to exchange it and didn't have my receipt. Fred was so wonderful and extremely helpful, he was able to do the exchange for me with no issue what so ever and turned what I thought was going to be a 30 minute process into 10 minutes tops. I am very happy with this experience and will definitely be returning in the future based upon and awesome service with FRED.

This store does not accept fluorescent tubes for recycling, but charges you a substantial fee as an 'Environmental Handling Charge' when you purchase them, almost $1 per bulb!

This store has been a bright spot during this pandemic! So grateful they have remained open. This has allowed us to complete many projects on our old farm house. I often check the inventory and location of items on the app so I can find what I need quickly. I am at this store several times a week and appreciate the friendly, helpful staff!

This store is clean and well organized. The general team feel is positive, friendly, and helpful. I especially appreciate Geoffrey who assisted me in locating the items I needed and gave recommendations as well as good instruction for installing the items. The items I needed were available in stock. I attempted to purchase these items about a week or so prior at another Home Depot and the experience was so poor that I ended up leaving without the items. The team at the other location was very uninterested in customers, the vibe was like customers are a pain and they were extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and not knowledgeable! So this location is the best! Highly recommended!

People are very friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable. I have shopped here for years, and have seen improvement. Most everything needed is in stock the same day. If not, it is simple to order and pick up in the front of the store.

This is one of my favorite Home Depot stores. it is usually more stocked than some of the smaller branches.
