I had a great experience at your location Sunday 8.30. I was met at the door by a friendly team member that knew the location of the item I needed. She also helped me get it carried to the car.

I have been shopping at the Belton, MO store since 2014. I have been very pleased with the the cleanliness and layout of the store (things are easy to locate because your signage is in full display at each aisle. Your Associates are friendly and helpful. I have purchased storm doors, security door, large appliances and a HVAC system. I have been very pleased with the delivery and setup of all items. The HVAC system has not been installed yet but I expect the service will be exemplary.

If your looking to buy something such as flooring, you may want to just head straight to another home depot. If you do happen to go to this store for it anyway, I highly recommend asking them to check inventory to make sure they have what you need before paying. I made a purchase and was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. Over an hour later I get someone that brings out less than half of my order and informs me that the rest is not available at this store. So I had to get a refund and spend extra time and money to go to another location to get the rest of my material.

I have not been in my local Home Depot store since the COVID-19 lock-down in March 2020. My first visit on 7/18/2020 revealed some of the measures the store is taking to keep customers safe such as having all employees wear a face covering and spraying shopping carts after each use.

These guys are so helpful and have put up with our fear and gruffness in the face of their own having to deal with life amidst covid 19

Entered this store to purchase a new clothes dryer and was pleasantly surprised at how much wonderful assistance I received. The store associate was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features and details of each appliance we considered purchasing, helped us obtain the sale and promotional offers to reduce the cost, and scheduled the fastest available delivery. I would purchase another appliance from this location in the future and highly recommend this location to friends and family.

This store is on the leading edge in awesome customer service. I bought a Christmas tree stand, took it home, and then could not get it assembled-- I was sure the bolts were defective. So I returned the stand and the customer service employee called someone in Garden to assemble it for me-- all efficiently, and with good humor (he knew exactly how to do it!) Even though the store was packed with Christmas shoppers, these two employees took time for me.

Despite being in the store at the last 5 minutes before closing time, I was given Five Star Treatment by three different employees who did everything to help me get the lights I needed for my project. Even though I know I was probably a real pain in the rear, requesting price checks and rejecting some of their suggestions, they stayed chipper and continued to help despite a check out price gun that wouldn't work and other issues. Thanks, ladies!!

Not friendly when it comes to help solve mistakes they make on s/o they had me call vendors not coming back to this store at all

There is nothing more to add to this experience, Hector, represented your organization well, he was perfect. If there was anything I could say to improve a customer's shopping experience it would be: Clone, Hector. Need I say more?

As a retired contractor who still does work from time to time I appreciate People who can tell me where I can find the items I am searching for and pleasant attitudes. I have shopped at other Building supply stores, but find Home Depot to be my 1st choice because they usually have what I want , offers a good refund policy and I like the fact they honor Veterans with a 10% discount which I admire. I just wish there was one closer to Drexel where I live.

Only Self checkouts and guest service rude when want to have them check us out.

Had a great experience with Tara in the lumber dept. She was busy, but very nice & extremely helpful finding the materials I needed for a home improvement project. Just thought I'd share my experience.

I was greeted immediately by several store associates and Matt in appliances walked me through all the appliances and listened intently to all my questions. I usually do not enjoy working with store associates that he made my visit very pleasant and he was so helpful. I wanted to hire him away from Home Depot to come to work for me! Love the service I got at the Home Depot in Belton Missouri.

Convenient location, easy access from the road, well taken care of and shelves have plenty of items to choose from. Great store personnel, have never had a bad experience, always super.

Everyone that I have worked with at the Belton store has been great! From Rick at the Pro desk to Alex V. at Customer Service. The store is clean and easy to navigate. I definitely recommend this location over the other HDs in the area.

The staff is always helpful, especially the contractor sales department. They go out of their way to make sure you get the products you need. all very knowledgeable about products and definitely customer oriented. Store very clean and well organized.

GREAT STORE! FRIENDLY SERVICE!
