I bought paint and was assured it was a match. I later found out it was not and was nonreturnable. $40 wasted.

I was very pleased to find a cordless power toolset that meet my needs at a price highly competitive with "that other home improvement store". Lifetime warranty on batteries, wot!? Very friendly employees and very very conveniently located at about 2 miles from my apartment.

We hit up the outdoor area and the flowers were well stocked and had great prices! It's nice to be able to get everything you need for a project at one store. Employees were readily available to help if you needed it. Thanks HD!

There are times you need product information, or to know where an uncommon item is located and Home Depot has several employees who have been at this store for years and I find the one or ones who have aided me prior.

this is the go to place for me since the store opened nice and helpful employees , great service , easy to get to Halloween is a blast to see as well, lots of things to get for the holiday

have shopped at home Depot store in Benton since its opening and will rarely go anywhere else unless the store does not have what I'm looking for, employees are nice helpful and always pleasant to work with

Talk to a young man about a chain saw and he was very knowledgeable about the items present in the section. He knew a lot of information and just what’s needed to get started.

Recently I had several questions about a home improvement project. I found an associate named Kelly who seemed eager to assist me but he also knew a good deal about home construction, which helped me. Then he assisted me purchasing a specialty type drill bit.

Sherri Stuart was very a true professional and Noah McNamee & Noah McIntyre were very professional and helped me hand load 25 sheets of drywall and 23 2x4x8 to my truck they showed great engagement and customer service while showing they were professional while they worked

The cashiers are always friendly, and they demonstrated interest when I an unable to maneuver the apps. While instore, my shopping task, I was having some disability issues while multitasking with my Service Dog while attempting to use my Pro Perks. Keith, a cashire, in lumber, politely walked me through the steps and explained the issue I was having in completing my transaction.

Their staff are informative and ready to help. I was pleased with the congeniality of every employee. If you looked like you needed help, they were there to help!

Great store employees are very helpful

I first received the door with an interchangeable glass & screen panel. This was not the door I had tried to purchase. The store cheerfully let us return the door and assisted us in getting the one we wanted which had a retractable bug screen.

Keith was very helpful at my checkout. He asked if I looked the wood over and if I needed anything else.
