Store does not enforce masking requirements for patrons or for employees. Creates unsafe environment for all.

real nice store, but due to small size, lacked some product. In my case it was base paint tint for medium and dark paint colors for exterior stucco walls.

While I have never been to the Benton Home Depot I think that the staff are fantastic! I live in California and have been working with them to get flooring done for my mother who lives in Arkansas. They have gone above and beyond to help me with the order. Kristy was so fantastic helping me get the quote done, reviewed and the order placed. Terry & Shannon helped with last minute questions and the transaction over the phone. They know what customer service is all about and I thank them so much for their exceptional help.

Salesperson Erika. She made my visit awesome. She is very kind and helpful. If you have any problem in the store. Look for Erika. She will always help you. Strongly recommend this store.

Always a pleasure to shop at this store. Employees in the Nursery which is primarily where I shop are always friendly and greet you and very helpful as well when needed. The prices and sales are top notch. Great selection of plants and well taken care of.

No assistance. Had to load my own plywood on cart and into truck. Cashier thought I would steal from them, even after spending thousands in this store. Another cashier ordered the wrong parts for me. Manager didn’t care that I had to drive over 20 miles fix what there store messed up.

The store in Benton is close by so I often shop there for my garden supplies. The employees are always helpful and when I need help to load my vehicle they are there to help me. This store employees have a lot of good ideas and knowledge in their garden area.

Love this store. Employees are curteous and knowledgeable and the nursery is top notch. Healthy plants with a wide variety and the prices are excellent. I always enjoy coming here.

I have visited this store multiple times and have received good service, easy checkout, and always find what I am looking for in a reasonable manor. Employees are friendly especially at checkout.

Employees are extremely helpful and curtious! They go above and beyond expectations to help customers find what they need.

The garden center is where I do my shopping and the selection of plants is awesome. Always a fantastic selection and the plants are well taken care of unlike a few other places I've shopped for plants. The prices are good too. I love Home Depots garden center.

An associate is always there to help. And if you need someone to remodel your home this is the best choice!

This store has great employees and items that are IN STOCK! We have purchased several items both in-store and online. We purchased a Vissani 30" wall mount range hood. We have not installed it yet, but it's great to see such a nice selection to choose from!

All employees were very polite and very helpful. I was very happy to shop this Home Depot and will again even though it is 45 miles from my home!

I have had an account since 1999 and the cashier Katy today was horrible. Very unprofessional, rude and answered her personal cell phone while I was waiting, yet the store phone was ringing off the wall. Lowe’s is always nice and polite, looks like might be getting my busy going forward.

Great selection, friendly and helpful employees. Eric went out of his way to provide us help, although it seemed like this was standard service from him. They had an item that FOUR other stores were out of at the time.

I have been shopping at the Benton store since it opened and I have always had excellent service by very knowledgeable and friendly employees. The service center employees are so helpful when I return items that I did not use. I have interacted with every department in the store and have always received excellent service and just as important expert advice. Love the Benton Home Depot.
