This Home Depot is very clean and well kept. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and kind and strive to help you out. I, for one, really enjoy my experience shopping their every time and I have been there a lot lately. I found every item that I was looking for easily and if I needed help I always got it. It's an awesome place to shop!

Steven in flooring was extremely helpful from start to finish loading and Jamie at the contractor cashier was so pleasant.

Salesperson (Paul) in appliances was friendly and personable. I purchased a Hotpoint washer and dryer. I paid for it over the phone and when I went to pick it up that evening it was ready with our names on the sides of the shipping boxes. Very pleased with how everything went. He didn't try to push me in to buying another set. He just sold me exactly what I called for and wanted. When I got to the store, I went up to the desk and showed them my receipt for the items. He called the store room and they were brought out within a few minutes and loaded onto the trailer. I also liked the way that you had someone at the front registers to assist if needed. She kept folks moving through the lines. We do a lot of shopping and buying in this store because it is close to our house and they always have what we need.

Shelly was the only cashier open and it was quick and easy!

I love shopping at this home depot ,there is always a friendly and willing employee there that quickly comes and even helps me find what I'm looking for and they are so nice as well .Thank you Home Depot Employees!

We have really enjoyed our Benton Home Depot. They have always had what we needed at competitive prices. Their employees are always helpful and many have gone out of their way to explain how to do fix certain things when asked. The store is always clean as well.

Fantastic store here located close to Exit 118. I really love this store and all of the employees are very helpful too.

Nice store but out of what I need about 30 % of the time, three times in last three weeks

The entire Appliance's Dept was extremely helpful with my Washer and Dryer purchase

I prefer this store to the other big box hardware stores in the area. They are good to work with and knowledgeable in their area. We have completed several major home upgrade projects with HD and they have not disappointed or let us down.

Every time I go this store and use the self checkout the checker always does it for me when I show my military ID for the 10% discount. They are always friendly and always help me. I enjoy shopping at this store so much that sometimes I just go in to look at the sale items and browse. I have been shopping at this store for many years and have never had a bad experience. The store is always clean and well stocked so I highly recommend shopping at the Benton store.

This is the best Home Depot store I have ever been to. Employees are always friendly and willing to help when needed. Most of the time we are greeted in the isle and asked if we need help. Great experience every time.

Salesperson Kasey Wilson was instrumental in helping me determine all the products I needed to complete my DIY project. He made sure I understood what the materials were, what was needed to complete the project and how to use them. He stayed with me throughout the entire visit from start to purchase. He even made sure that the plywood was cut correctly to my specifications (which he helped me refine) by other store personnel. I couldn't have done it without his help. He deserves high praise.

I was in the store early, 1, 18, 2021. While we were able to easily find most items needed. we did ask a couple of associates where an item was. Both times, we were quickly put on the item. Both times, we flagged down a person not associated with the department. One coming in from the garden center. The other as he exited the rest room area. Impressive.
