Asked for help With carpet and two “men” sat there and looked at me like I was crazy and told me to look through each piece of carpet I believe they could have looked the information up on the computer they were sitting right in front of

All good from supplies to people

I was able to find home decorator blinds that I purchased eight years ago in the same color. I was so happy because I thought I was going to have to buy 4 new blinds instead of two, which is all I needed.

Just got paint,few brushes.

The worker at the self checkout was rude, overly aggressive, not helpful, and implied I would try to scan a wrong label for a $35 plant.

I arrived to shop for multiple items. The flooring department was extremely professional. Excellent customer service.

This is truly a great store! Helpful, clean, knowledgeable, all of the staff is wonderful! But if you want really excellent service see Bob in paint or Mauro in tool rental. I like everyone in this store.

We brought in an old can of paint. John, the paint advisor took the time to take a look at it, and mixed a new batch of the same color for us. He sensed our needs, was efficient, and quite knowledgeable. He managed to multi task, and take care of other customers while mixing our paint. Frances, the cashier, helped expedite our Military Discount. She and John were patient and kind.

Kitchen backsplash project exceeded my expectations staff was accommodating.

I ordered a kitchen sink base online and had it delivered to the store. Mary Ellen and another kind woman at the service desk helped arrange delivery for to my home. (which turned out to be a somewhat complicated process) When received, I saw HD had shipped the wrong size, in spite of the receipts and shipping label showing the correct size. Mary Ellen helped me through the return and replacement process. There were other complications, but the point is they (customer service) has followed up with everything they said they would, arranged shipping to my home, arranged to have the wrong sized item picked up and returned, refunded the amount, helped me order the replacement, and did it all with smiles and a pleasant attitude. The problem with the cabinet was not the store's fault, but they have gone out of their way to make it right for me. They've even offered to check out the replacement cabinet when it arrives so we don't repeat the cycle. I couldn't ask for more!

I went to the Home Depot in Berlin NJ today for new countertops. The associate, Brenda was fabulous. Kudos for such professionalism and beautiful customer service. My purchase went off without a hitch. Brenda took care of me in record time and was so very helpful. I would do all my home improvement jobs through this store. No hassle.

My husband and I needed pool salt to open our pool. Almost everyone was out of stock but an online search showed us the Berlin store had it. From the minute we walked in the store until the time we left it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely return to this location.

Always a streamlined, efficient shopping experience at this well run Home Depot with supportive, friendly staff.

Some of the cashier at the register are very rude and makes racial comments about people

Barron in electrical went above and beyond read all of the products to me even tested him out for me he was extremely helpful and professional Wanda at customer service is a beautiful person inside and out she was also very attentive professional kind and very very helpful also cashier Jessica is kind and helpful

I just bought the product but its not the first time and it works well.

Helpful associates who do what they can to make your experience a pleasant one.

Store is decent other then a few nasty employees behind the register ( Jasmine ) , and a few of the took section employees who could give a crap about helping you. They are there to milk the clock and go home. HOME DEPOT HIRE EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE THAT SAME PASSION FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT AS YOUR CUSTOMERS.
