They have great customer service

Never a problem and everyone I ask for help is only too happy to.

The minute we entered the store we were asked if the gentleman in a scooter could help us find something. I gave him the light bulb and off he went right to the selection of bulbs. He called another gentleman and the second one picked it right up out of the display matching the bulb we needed. Boom! It was done that fast. A big box store with all the convenience of a mon and pop store on the corner!

We have been using this store for years.

The visit to the store was overall satisfying as I found everything on my list.

The West Berlin store staff is excellent. They are all very friendly and helpful. Everyone knew, with laser precision, exactly were the products I was looking for were. The store was clean and well stocked, even after the crazy Christmas shopping season. The best part for me was the interaction with Cashier Frances before I left. She was kind, helpful and funny. She allowed me to park a full cart in her area while I filled another before checking me out and wishing me luck and success in the new year. And also an added bonus, a Chick-fil-A in the connecting parking lot!

i would recommend home depot for all your handyman tools landscaping home etc............shopping in their store is friendly and very helpful in finding what you need and giving feedback to help with whatever your doing its very convenient and easy to get to

Always helpful, even when I arrive late and the associates justifiably have one foot out the door. That's not a criticism, I'd be in the parking lot!

This store was amazing today. I picked up a washer a dryer 2 pedestals a 5 year warranty and discounts galore. An employee by the name of Kai was so knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything in an easy way.

I know where most things are and the people are very friendly. I honestly can't remember a time that I wasn't happy here.

Because Home dept is a great place ro shop. The employees at this store are very helpful and kind.

I've been shopping I just home Depot for many years enjoy the atmosphere in this store and almost all the employees but being disabled is hard getting around the store sometimes I would be more convenient to have power carts for us to shop with overall and please we don't see Bo over the years PS put grab bars in each aisle grab bars so we can pick up merchandise from the shell

We love this store. The employees are always helpful and friendly. They have a good selection in the store and even more online. Prices are usually better than other home improvement stores. We've had installation services as well and all were good. We've always had a positive experience at this location and come here for regularly for our home needs.

If you know exactly what you need, then the store is ok to visit. If you need assistance, you won't be able to get it here. Additionally, if you need plumbing help, and are met by an elderly man named Bob, forget it. He's arrogant and opinionated. If something you need is different than what exists in his mind, he can't and won't help you.

The floor and tile area gentleman was help ful.

Appliance purchase brought me to the store and the home depot employee made the experience an outstanding one. Lots of product knowledge and a little chit chat.

Berlin store is always a pleasure to go for your needs. Prices are much lower than Lowe's.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I gave only 4 stars because I think the customer would be better served if online inventory searches would match actual store inventory. However, this issue does not seem to be limited to just this particular store.

Every time I go to Berlin Home Depot, everyone is so nice and helpful. Experience is great.
