The two gentlemen in the paint dept. 11/03/2020 between 10:30am & noon were most helpful. Everyone encountered was pleasant.

More cash ready cash registers would make the check out process much less painful. I'm not asking for all, not even most, to be cash ready, but more than one out of six. The new process kinda makes "cash register" seem like an oxymoron.

They have advertised paint prices that aren’t up to date. They increased their prices but never changed the sign and they didn’t honor the advertised price. Poor customer service.

For the most part, I have always been very happy with this location. Perhaps this individual was having a bad day. This will not stop me or my family from shopping at this location.

Phoned in for customer support. I was on hold for an hour and HomeDepot hung up without transferring me to any representative. Why?

I have never written up Home Depot in a negative light, always positive. My recent visits have become less and less pleasant, bordering on unpleasant. The shopping part of my visits is still fine, entering and exiting is almost painful. I sincerely wish I had an answer for the failures, but I only see things from a shopper's perspective.

My daughter and I went shopping for bathroom fixtures. The store manager, Terry, patiently answered our questions and concerns. With his help, we confidently made our selections and are thrilled with our purchase. Even the cashiers made us smile!

The employees, from the Store Manager, down to the cashiers, are always amazing. This is a very well run store. Staff is professional, knowledgable, and friendly. The shelves are neat and well stocked. If you need help, there is always an employee nearby ready to help you and they all spend lots of time answering questions until everything you need is fully resolved.

We had a great experience ordering custom blinds. The sales rep went through every option available to us so we could compare products and make informed choices.
