We in for a couple quick items at 9PM on Saturday night. The staff was very polite and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make sure I got good service.

I have been here several times for miscellaneous parts needs. I have positive experiences in hardware, plumbing, and electrical departments. They are well-stocked and clean.

Our water heater went out and we had to purchase it at 7pm to get it installed as soon as possible. It was completed before 10 pm. Thank you.

Had a complicated issue after making an online order that I was not able to resolve by speaking to the associates at homedepot.com (I spent hours on the phone). The staff at the customer service desk went above and beyond in patience, understanding and kindness in helping sort out this issue. Kudos Danielle and Renaldo! Reggie at the paint desk was also extremely professional and knowledge with paint matching. So impressed with the staff!

When we had a total power outage in June, Home Depot was the only store that had a huge amount of generators at a great price. I was approved for a credit card, got an additional discount and a sales tax exemption because of a military discount. I also got a 6 month zero interest rate. I love shopping at Home Depot

I purchased shelves for my garage from Bossier City, La. store to be delivered to my home the next day. My delivery never arrived after waiting at home all day and even receiving texts updating me that my delivery would be by 8:00 p.m. that day/night. After contacting the store the following day to find out where my order was, I was lied to and told that the order was attempted and we were not home. Definitely a lie as I was home all day cleaning & preparing my garage for my new shelves. Then I was told my order was at the Shreveport Bert Kouns store and I could drive there to pick it up. I was promised my order would be there. That was another lie!! Shreveport store had no clue why I was even told that and issued me a refund. I drive back home and contacted the Bossier store and spoke with the Supervisor over order deliveries who replaced my order for me to pick it up the next day. Well, still no order so I poke with a store Manager who assured me I would be contacted by the following Monday 8-22-2023. Well you guessed it, no contact. So I’m still trying to get my order as I’m writing this review! Home Depot sending me a request to answer a survey was not the right thing to do in this case. I’ll probably end up getting another refund and never buying from Home Depot again. I’m so angry I was given the run around and still not even a store Manager can resolve this.

Renaldo, or “Chop,” had the best customer service ever. He got me to what I was looking for and then went the extra mile to check me out himself! I would wait in line to shop with him again, he was THAT friendly. I bought a new key pad lock for my door that he recommended and it works great!

I bought a battery operated fan and was helped my a sales person named Robert I hope that more people will help others like he did

I went this weekend to bought some woods for my DIY project and a lawn mower, the customer services was extremely helpful, we definitely we come back to this store

Have recently purchased two Milwaukee battery operated tools. Both times Tim (and Phil the second time) assited me. Both were courteous and very knowledgeable of equipment. Above and beyond exceptional customer service!!

I strongly encourage anyone shopping for bathroom fixtures, etc to look Jeannie Roberson, Design Consultant. She is professional, courteous, and dedicated to assisting customers. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a zero turn mower on 5-13-23 and the service was excellent. customer service got me help within 5 minutes of being there and the associate was very friendly and knowledgeable on the mower and showed me how to operate it and made sure all my questions were answered. Check out was very easy and quick.

Wonderful help from Sharon who found us wandering in the A/c dept. Even helped us check out using a coupon. Thanks Sharon.

We had a large order to pick up. We had customer service beside us the entire time as well as the asst.manager to be sure our order was correct I would most definitely recommend this store to anyone residential or commercial.

This store is awesome. All items needed were in stock. The employees went an extra mile to help locate items that were needed. And help checkout all items.

the store went above and beyond to help and it was very nice of them to do the things that they did the entire front end management and the guys down in lumber Alex was a super help. i mean i work out but he was like the hulk and superman combined. head cashier Keitrease, thank you for putting up with my two employees the twins. i am not sure how i would have gotten this transaction completed without all of you again. you all deserve 100's across the board and again i will owe the store lunch.

The store and employees were great. The product selection was plentiful and the pricing was okay. Great experience.

I signed up online like they told you have too. The cashier asked for my phone number and said it isn't working. So I pay for my stuff and leave. In the parking lot I log in and it says everything is working. Small Ace honors the discount when you are standing there with picture military ID in hand.

Terrym working the garden center register was extremely friendly and cheerful. Store was clean and well organized.
