We had great service at this Home Depot. Employee went out of her way to help us find enough product that we needed.

All of the employees at the Airline Drive Home Depot in Bossier City, Louisiana are friendly and efficient. The store is organized which makes finding things easy. I shop at this Home Depot only.

The store is dirty and disorganized. On hand quantities do not match what is listed online. Many of the employees are rude and almost all of them are incompetent. The quality of the products offered is a joke. By the time you leave here you're so frustrated you don't even want to work on the project you needed the supplies for in the first place.

The service that I received at the Home Depot store at Bossier City, LA was great. The employees there care about you from the moment you enter their Store. I'm just a client who often goes there to purchase household items that I need to maintain my house. I'm sure that anyone who goes there to purchase have experienced the same service that I always receive.

I ordered a mower for home delivery. It arrived timely but was missing parts and was damaged. I contacted the store manager and after a brief hold, spoke with the manager who assured me that I could bring the mower back and they would either replace or re-order it for me. Upon arrival to the store, I was warmly greeted. I requested & promptly received assistance to remove the mower from my vehicle. The service counter was busy but after a short wait, I explained my issue and the cashier was friendly, patient, understanding, and promptly refunded my purchase. She allowed me time to see what was in stock and when I found a suitable & comparable replacement, another young man retrieved a cart, loaded the box, verified no damage inside the box, handled the purchase transaction swiftly, and loaded my mower into my vehicle. Everyone I encountered from the phone call with the manager to the loading of my purchase into my vehicle was extremely warm, friendly, professional, courteous and caring and I felt valued as a customer. Impressed by the entire process.

When I couldn't find the lawn mower blades I needed, the associate, Daquan, was very friendly and very helpful. He found that they had some in stock and got them for me, all the while carrying on a conversation. He made the experience in a busy store, on a busy day, a good one. Will definitely be back.

For the most part, most my experiences have been great at this store, my last experience was not so pleasant because of lack of communication and poor customer service. The day was saved by an assistant manager on June 30, as he took it upon himself to insure that I had all of the material that I ordered and he made sure that my account was in order. I want to thank him for his GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, "THANK YOU"!!!

We enjoyed a great selection of tools like we needed at this time and a knowledgeable associate who managed her time well with us while seeing to needs of other shoppers near day’s end. The yard tools we sought were readily visible and placed in proximity that fostered our wise selection of all that we needed for the tasks planned.

The associates were very helpful and friendly I forgot my drill I'd already paid for and it was there waiting for me to pick up after I called them and had to drive back an hour.

Products are were supposed to be. They carry items that show on website available only online so it's worth to check in-store. Very good customer service.

The employees are somewhat helpful but certain employees in the tool department are vocally hostile and will prevent you from shopping so they can re-stock.

I LOVE THIS STORE. It is about one-half mile from my residence. The store is always well stocked. The associates are always helpful and friendly when needed.

I don't care what you are shopping for, any one of the associates working here will take the time to find you what you need. 2 yrs ago I was looking for kitchen appliances for a home remodel and "Flooring Joe" stopped what he was doing and helped me with my purchase of ALL new appliances. Not even his department but he went out of his way to get me what I needed. I'd drive out of my way to shop here just for the customer service.

I bought a kitchen and counter tops from this store. The american woodmark cabinets were easy to track online when they were ready to ship but not all the materials were delivered to the house. When I went in to address the issue with the designers they got on the phone and had answers for all my questions and a second delivery was scheduled to remedy the problems. They addressed my issue promptly, courteously and with enthusiasm. The employees who did such a great job were Jennie and Bre.
