Carolin was very helpful, she helped me find my dishwasher and made some very valuable suggestion for other parts needed. The store was very clean and everyone was very helpful

Help us available when I need it and the store was clean and orderly.

The only reason this shopping experience was pleasant was because of Terri Zito and her friendly personality and ability to help. Spent over a thousand dollars and she was the only one that acted as if she cared.

Poor customer service! If you do not care how the employees treat you, then I guess this won’t bother you. Not all employees at this location have poor customer service skills but the majority out way the few good employees they have. If you wish to receive better customer service then I urge you to shop elsewhere.

Very experienced and knowledgeable sales person in the kitchen counter tops area who was readily available to help! Made the experience so much more enjoyable.

Awesome Customer Service Very Friendly and Professional

I needed an item that was in a aisle closed for forklift operation. One of the employees stopped what he was doing to ask if I needed help. He got what I needed from shelf and I was able to continue shopping. Also the cashier at checkout was friendly.

Always enjoy shopping at my local Home Depot!! They usually have what I am looking for and employees are helpful and courteous!!

The store was very clean & organized. The staff was very knowledgeable. We wanted an unusual shaped huge island in our kitchen. We worked with the kitchen designer who listened & delivered exactly what we were asking for. We love our new island & quartz counter top with the Ogee edge, Its hard to believe every time i see it in my kitchen.

This is a great store and I would love to shop here I would overall give this store a five star rating bc, its everything you need.

It took about 30 min. to get someone to help us to cut flooring on a rainy, empty-customers day . They only came over after a store employee who was a flagger came to close down the aisle for the forklift. The TWO surly big women who cut it, did not help us carry the flooring to the cashier. EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THEM I HAD A HERNIA TRUSS ON AND TOLD THEM ABOUT MY CONDITION! They said "tell them at the counter" and walked off, making us use a GROCERY STORE CART I WAS USING AS A CRUTCH TO WALK to carry the 10X12 linoleum. Then, after paying for it, I again told the cashier woman I had a hernia, AND THEY DIDN'T GET ANYONE TO HELP AGAIN!! My wife and I, me being 65 with (as I told them) a bad hernia and heart. We had to load our flooring into our van IN THE RAIN BY OURSELVES! Why? Because everyone was using the covered loading zone for parking so they wouldn't get rained on. Two kids came out of the store as we were loading with little pouches of bolts in their hands, and when I asked them if they were loading up anything, they said "No, we just bought these" and laughed at my wife and I trying hard to load up flooring in the rain (again, I am 65). Personnel should have been out there and politely telling these kids and "men" this is a loading zone, especially in the rain. They did not even have the right carts inside the store. The carts were all outside in the rain. My BP when I got home was 189/104, my hernia was enflamed and I am going to the hospital tomorrow. Thanks for nothing Home Depot. The time of checkout was 4:30 on Wednesday 10/30 (if Home Depot even looks at these things).

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I like that I can go in, get any questions answered about any product and check out with ease and I'm out the door!

#0364 is my favorite store. I recently moved to Bossier City and found it on my first day. Never had a bad experience here.

Store of efficient and tidy. I marked "I do not expect to shop often at this store because it is across town and NOT my regular HD store. I happened to need an HD store and I was nearby.

Pleasant experience shopping at this Home Depot Store. Very nice employees and I received the quality product was desiring to purchase.

Very clean and was able to locate items exactly where they were supposed to be! Employees were courteous and made us smile!

Store including restroom was very clean. I knew what I wanted (washer and dryer) and Breanna, Customer Order Specialist helped me out. I purchased the items arranged delivery and was out the door in about 30 minutes or less. A very satisfied customer.
