Great store with very helpful employees. Usually very well stocked, with the exception of SOLAR SALT for water softeners. They seem to run out of this product a lot.

Has all your home improvement needs covered.

We went in for a water softener and Tommy gave us exact what we needed. Very happy with it.

Every employee in the store seems to know where EVERY item is located, and most actually walk the customer right to the aisle!

Tonight, I stopped into purchase a snowblower. This store did not disappoint! All of the associates were amazing to work with. They answered all of my questions making sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase. During checkout, I was even offered a coupon if I signed up for a store credit card; this saved me more than expected!

Horrible customer service! The Customer Service line leader (Manager) was rude, unhelpful and refused to fix their mistake. I will never again shop or recommend Home Depot.

I needed some primer Doug asked me some questions recommended a different primer that was tented even reminded me of a paint roller

I asked where to find an item, but found a better price in another location on display. But the cashier made up for all. She was helpful with the scanner and obtained a cart for me to carry my items out. She was like a second pair of hands anticipating my needs. Great service!

The customer service department at this Home Depot are very helpful I appreciate the service especially when my husband needed our lawn more put together before delivery.

Always a great shopping experience at this Home Depot. I live closer to the Howell one, but the staff here is always helpful and friendly. This trip was no exception. Madison in paint was helpful and Jenny who checked me out, was friendly and efficient.

This store is my go-to store. It's well-organized. There's always someone there to offer help. Every once in a while, I need to return something and they're always polite and helpful.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this store, each and every time, for the past 15 years. It's always clean and well-stocked. The employees are friendly and always ready to help. Whenever I've needed an employee to go above and beyond, even when I didn't know that I needed an employee to go above and beyond, they were happy to do so. The managers at this store must be exceptional.

Store is in good condition and all associates helpful and did not rush us to make a decision on what we can for. They even carried it to the checkout for us and helped put it in the back of our car.

I purchased some wood and it rang up incorrect. Store staff said the manufacturer miss marked the stamp that was directly on the wood so the price I paid was correct. It was such BS. They need to hire people with at least a half a brain to work customer service to help with this type of problems.

So extremely satisfied. They go above and beyond to help "non-handy" customers like myself.

This is my go-to Home Depot, even though I live closer to the Howell store. The staff at Brighton is universally more friendly and helpful. It's difficult to walk down any aisle and not be politely greeted by a worker and or asked if you need assistance finding something. You don't get that same treatment at the Howell Home Depot. Sherie? the cashier today was very friendly and efficient, even though they were clearly busy.

The management in this store are truly supportive of customers. Josh and Megan in particular helped me to rectify an order of 21 window blinds. They made sure everything was correct and went over and above to make my order right. Baily was also a pleasure to work with on adjusting my order which was my mistake. I would shop at this store and recommend this location.

The Brighton Home Depot is the best in cleanliness but mostly importantly the people. Especially Hannah at the Pro Desk who takes the time to make certain you have a successful shopping experience.

First time doing curbside super easy time management was great your staff member young lady by the name of Sam made my experience wonderful she was very helpful polite and represented your company wonderful

While I was shopping I noticed employees very friendly-helpful which makes for a nice shopping experience. I will definately return as well as recommend this location too my friends.
