Joanne-the garden area cashier was awesome-she helped with getting me the sale price-not the full price-because the sale signs were confusing.

We came into contact with several people and all of them stopped what they were doing to help us out. The cashier was very friendly too. The whole store had a great vibe and was very helpful.

We are so pleased with our Brighton Home Depot store. The staff and salespeople are so helpful and very knowlegeable! We have also ordered items on-line for pick up at the store or shipped to our home and we have been able to get them very quickly. The store is very clean and all the necessary restrictions are in place.

In my opinion there are some strange things that go on with the Internet and you guys need to get that dealt with. I constantly select pick up in store and then consciously select curbside and yet a lot of times the order gets moved to special order or something like that and wants to ship it to me. That I have to call Miss Christie who is the amazing awesome manager of the service desk and have her help me straighten it out. That lady should be a store manager Sunday she's really got her crap together. You need a lot more people just like her in that store.

The person in the cabinet was very helpful. They helped explaining my questions.

Highly recommended! The personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This will be my go-to place for tools and building supplies!

Most helpful kind employees I have run into in a while! Seems to me this pandemic is making so many people angry and unkind to others when they are out shopping! Carol at checkout and Alvaro carrying out for me really made me feel very comfortable at at easy while shopping’ please visit this store and see how welcoming the employees are!!

Friendly and helpful staff in Customer Service!

The store always has the right kind of material handling equipment available for any size order I may have and help for my loading needs. Anxious to call other locations for more material if I have a big order. Store offers multiple financial options for my purchases no matter the size. Good store.

Your employee Percy is one of the best Home Depot employees I've had the pleasure of working with. I used to be head cashier at the Parker, CO store and we were all expected to greet etc everyone and to work to the best of our knowledge to help every customer. Percy has exceeded in all areas . Thank you. I will tell anyone who needs cabinets to call HD and ask for Percy.

Shannon Kirby was a great help in appliance purchase

When I walked in with my dog I didn’t feel welcome at all until I was met by Emma, Chris, and Dan. Employees were giving us nasty looks and when I asked a question they seemed as if they didn’t want to be bothered. Emma, Chris, and Dan made everything a lot better and they helped me find exactly what I needed. The front end was also very kind and polite towards me which made me feel better.

In these crazy times Home Depot has 1st rate employees who are helpful & kind and in keeping with this virus the store was clean with employees following the mask rule which was very important with my shopping experience. Thank you all at the Brighton, MI store.

Being a regular customer and using the Brighton location as my "go to" store for materials during my home remodeling project, I have always been greeted with a smile or generous offer of assistance if needed to locate materials or simply "how's it going?". Considering the tenuous times we are in, generally most materials are on hand and in stock or if needed help is just a few steps away. A gracious "Thank You" to Marilyn, Carol, Justin and Kevin just to name a few.

Shop in Home Depot a lot. Was very disappointed they would not honor their online prices and price match.

The importance of maintaining good quality products, having effective systems in place and developing successful Personal Customer Service in place are all areas I find to be excellent. I highly recommend Home Depot!

Employees very friendly and helpful

I have been shopping at the store for 23 years. I love the convenience of the store due to its location and the employees are so helpful! I've gotten to know some of the employees firsthand. This week I experienced a new manager named Johnny and he rushed me out of the store, just before closing time, twice. There were other customers in the store still shopping. I was having a brief, Pleasant conversation with the cashiers and he decided that his job was to rush me out of the store. I did not appreciate that and from what I can tell all he is doing is creating an upsetting working environment for his employees and an unpleasant shopping experience for his customers. You would think that when an interaction that is Pleasant there's no reason to interject and create a problem where there is not one.

This home depot has always treated us well. We aren't whiners either..so this IS a 2 way street :) The store is clean, organized & typically has most of their items in stock.. During these national "freak out over Covid" days.. LOL... they don't have a few items due to manufacturer's lag in deliveries & manufacturing lags.. But that, is not Home Depot's fault.

Not all customers wear masks!

I have written a letter......literally WRITTEN a letter to corporate about this store and a few of it’s employees. I complimented many and continue to be impressed by the folks at that store.
