I had a number of painting projects that I had to do and I am so happy that Homedepot has everything I need to get the job done. And I'm not sure of the guys name at Home Depot that's in charge of bear paint but he's a great help and funny.

Today I came to the Gun Hill location to get some paint and moldings. As I was perusing through the store I noticed your employee named Chanya following me around. I thought nothing about it because I thought that was her job. I picked up a box of screws as I entered the Millwork aisle to grab some ceiling moldings. Suddenly a booming voice screamed behind my back : “ PUT IT BACK”. Shocked and confused that someone would say this to a customer I walked up the aisle to Chanya and explained I’m buying some moldings and I need to make sure I’m picking up the correct size screws. She dismissed me and grabbed the screws I had to place it back on its original bay location. I told that that was rude and unacceptable behavior and that I would report her. She blurted back “ I”ll report you too”. Shocked and dismayed I proceeded to continue my shopping with Chanya still following me and giving me dirty looks. I then approached another employee and explained what had happened but he wasn’t her supervisor. I asked to speak to the stores Asst Manager Rohan who is a friend of mine. As soon as Chanya heard that I would escalate this degrading experience to Rohan, she ran off. Never in my 20 years Shopping at HD have I been subjected to such dehumanization.

The Gunhill location associates always seem to be upbeat and happy. They are helpful , efficient and pleasant. I enjoy shopping at this location. This location also seems to have good stock. The store stays clean and neat too.

The Specialist Shawn was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, expedient and friendly. Great price and quick service.

I was trying to purchase an oven and there was no ome in the dept. I saw 2 employees outside the appliance area and asked if one of them could assist me. Instead, they told me that someone was in that area. I told them there wasn't, and thats why I asked them for help. Then they pointed to another worker 3 aisles over, telling me that was her but she's in the paint section now. Instead of just helping me out real quick, or at least getting the purchase process started, they kept putting it off. Store lost an appliance sale because of their attitide. Not sure 1 sale makes a big difference to the store, but word of mouth can make a bigger one.

Had to replace my hot water heater and Ida in plumbing was so helpful in helping us connected to All Day Plumbing for installation. Who by the way did an amazing job. She also helped us with our kitchen sink clogged pipe issues.

I stopped by the Bronx HD this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the new, redesigned self-checkout area. I was in and out in no time.

Had to move on to another location to get the material i needed. No help getting material locked behind gates. wasted a 1/2 hour of my life. Got what i could and moved on.

I always find every thing I need don’t have to run around town to find what I need

I came in the bronx store 1221 and came across an amazing customer service representative named Tiyanna . She is very helpful ,amazing and does an outstanding job ! I would love for her to be recognize and rewarded for all that she do within the company .

I have shopped in many Home Depot Stores in several states. This is the worst kept I have ever seen. The parking lot looks like a truck stop. Contractors just have their van and trucks parked in the lot all day. The lot is dirty and so is the street outside. People are fixing cars and too many coming up to you looking for work. They need security and a cleaning crew. Needless to mention that you can not find and employee to help you and when you find one they are not helpful. Home Depot needs to clean this place up

Every time I visit the bronx location and if I need anything electrical, I discover Arturo and Mike are the best of all best. They are very friendly and eager to help everyone, not like others points finger and say “over there “. If you need anything electrical in the Bronx location look for them and you will say thank you later to me.

Everyone there was very kind and pleasant.

Some employees were quick to say where something was even though I stated that the item wasn't there. Some seemed so disinterested, they continued to sit while I went on a wild goose chase for free twine.

This store is full of items that are useful for any task that you are doing. The prices are reasonable and the check out is fast. There is plenty of parking and there is even a landscaping supply section for your gardening and planting needs. Overall, it's a good store to shop at for your projects.

Thank you to Mercedes-Jeannette who was amazing at assisting me. She was kind, courteous and helpful. She assisted me with finding the product, got a team member to lift the heavy items into my cart and assisted me with check out. I appreciate her dedication and diligence to her work and the customer’s needs.

I purchased plants from this store, I was looking for another item in that dept I saw a rep that had his hand full I ask can he help me he dropped what he was doing and attended to me. I really appreciate that because my experience in a lot of store the rep just say “ it’s in aisle #”

Having shopped here in the last 15 years, I’ve grown accustomed to the constant stream of rude and unpleasant employees working at this store, even by Bronx standards. But I’ve had enough after today’s shopping nightmare. I was insulted again by cashier named D**E who snapped at me for “having a NASTY ATTITUDE” for just asking him a question. This is the 2nd unpleasant experience I’ve had with him and it seems he lack basic courtesy. No I do not believe the customer is always right but in way or form did I behave in such a way to garner his condescending remark and service. I’ll take my money to Lowe’s from now on. Hope this store closes down.

I frequently visit this store and customer service in general is good. But on my recent visit, Bernadette went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate her effort.

Mike at Home Depot Very nice store associate, he assisted me with finding the perfect starter took set for my husbands birthday. Ran down all the pricing and performance options. It’s hard to find friendly people now a days like Mike. He was professional, and attentive. Thanks Mike, you’re a star representative.

I went in with my mother to buy a Fridge. She was worried to go alone since she does not speak English, but the Sales Associate in the appliance Dept. Shirley helped us tremendously. She spoke in Spanish and helped answer any questions she had.

The prices on the shelves were not correct. I had to buy less because I wanted the prices that were there.
