Bought an item where every detail was explained as to how it works.

It’s a trash can filled with garbage employees and no inventory. They nailed it.

I bought lots of things last 2 weeks…. Price are good. I find all in one hands….thanks Home Depot

So tired of people and contractors parking in spots Not Handicap. I'm a veteran and handicaped. Employees can't do anything. perhaps hire a towing company it won't cost you anything

Comfort zone space heater is a good choice to warm those feet and body after a warm shower or bath I love this heater plus I did not pay much for it I got a great deal at Home Deport located on GunHill Road in the Bronx.

This is one of my favorite Home Depot stores as I always find what I need and staff is always helpful.

The cashier KHIYAH is the worst. I have never been so disrespected at a home depot in my life.

I know many people complain about large stores, and not many people compliment customer service in The Bronx, but I’m writing to do both! This store is large, but always has what I need, down to umbrellas! And, the customer service is unmatched. Super grateful I live closer to this store. Great place to find what you need and the help to get those project materials together.

Out all the employees we asked for help only one went out of their way to go the extra mile to check stock for the product and found it way up on a shelf. He went out his way to find a latter because their were no drivers available to use the lift to get the item from the shelf. He found a step up latter and was able to help. His name is Donald. A great guy and employee!

I bought Gardening-flowers tomatoes pepper and soil satisfied

Although I didn't find what I was looking for, what I did purchase was Totally worth it being helped by a cheerful cashier that you can tell took pride in her work!!!

The only drawback to bring it down from 5 stars is that they would benefit to hire more staff in each of the high traffic, and unstaffed sections so that help is easier to come by. However the staff that are currently assigned tend to be friendly or at least helpful.

Jason Brianna and Paula have poor customer service

Was helped immediately and directed to the department where I was met by a staff person who pulled the product for me then walked to the end of the aisle and directed me to the next department. There I was also greeted by someone who asked for what I was looking for and handed them to me. Cashier came to me to ask if I was ready to check out. Amazing experience.

Sales person Wanda Padilla, Specialty Floor, ext.406, was especially helpful with details of my purchase.

I always find what I need when shopping in HomeDepot, typical of the many stores I visit, from North to South, USA. Love the return and exchange policies that I have experienced. HomeDepot is always my go to place when I start a new project. I know I will find the materials I need. Never disappointed,

I wanted to write this review to highlight two (2) amazing employees that helped me fix an emergency leak under my kitchen sink. Ellisha from Department 10 and Mark from Department 26 were both extremely professional, approachable, knowledgeable, polite, respectful and super helpful. Ellisha quickly understood what I was looking for and assisted me in locating the plumbing equipment I needed to complete the job at home. Mark then made sure that I had the exact size and correct measurements to match the model I had for a perfect fitting. Because of their help I was able to replace and install everything at home in a few minutes and guess what? No more leaks! Employees like Ellisha, Mark and cashier Bernadette make shopping at the Home Depot not only the best experience but also an absolute pleasure! Did someone say Employees of the Month? An absolute and resounding YES!!! Thank you so much!

My experience shopping at home depot is always exceptional, it is like a family owned business a lot of Jamaican work there so we have have a lot of understanding..even when you said wat a gwan to them..they understand what it meant .meaning how is everything going..
