Out of the 3siloar stores I visited wothin24 hours this was the only store where people approached me and offered help. Finding things at these big stores can be time consuming and frustrating but not here. I was offered help numerous times.

Definitely always a joy to come in and browse the plumbing or carpentry sections, as well as I love looking at the power tools, eventually want a Makita power set and maybe some holiday decor!

My experience was great from the moment I walked in and left. Usually I don't find any workers at most home department stores. These guys were great and knew exactly where everything was and what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

I have had to do several home renovation projects this year, and the staff at the Home Depot at Brooklyn Park has gone above and beyond each time. They are so helpful and treat customers with so much respect and appreciation. With their help, I am very happy with the kitchen cabinets, microwave, shower, tub, and toilet I purchased from this store.

Every time I come into the store I am greeted by name from the Pro Desk staff and as I am walking up and down aisle looking for items a staff member will usually ask if I need any help.

I enjoy the consistent excellent service I receive at the Brooklyn Park Home Depot. No matter how big my purchase is, the workers there always take time to help me. Today Carl and Monica assisted me.

Like I’ve stated several times before I will drive past other Home Depot’s to get to this one just because of the customer service! I love how I feel like I am walking in to Cheers cause everyone knows your name!!!

my cashier Susan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond her job description to help me tackle an issue I had with wood trim that I purchased. The employee in the molding and trim department, however sucked. He did not offer to help and just told me that it takes time to hand cut wood. I’m a 59-year-old woman and the right thing for that employee would’ve been to ask if I needed help. I think the employees need more training on the floor.
