This store has a very good Garden Center and it also has an extremely good selection of various light bulbs especially LED type many different ones. Of course it has everything else you would expect from a home improvement store including Lumber tools all that stuff.

Ron was super helpful and made the experience wonderful. I don’t know much about home projects but left the store ready to take on my project. Project is almost done and this is the second time I have needed Ron to help me. I can’t wait to have my daycare classroom finished in my garage! The kids will love it!

The store was clean and products were easy to find besides, the store associate are always willing to help you answer questions you may have with great smiles and friendship most especially at the carpet and cement desk and also the guy that was pulling the carts from the parking lot he actually helped me to put my things in the car. That was really awesome.

Personnel is really helpful, they honor the prices that they offer.

Ron was a great help in finding what I needed and even when i wasnt sure he was willing to take me to where i was going. He even got me a basket when he saw me walking around carrying a big box

Store had ample employees that were available to help assist.

Don't stand in the way of Don!! He will treat you like it were the 1940's and your only place to be is in the kitchen cooking dinner. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, overall just someone who shouldn't be allowed to deal with people! Shame on your Home Depot!

I received excellent assistance from start to finish.. I was only going for a particular light bulb, but received great information on possible updates that could improve the look of my lighting, as well as eliminate my need for florescent bulbs. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. That makes a big difference !!!!

The Brooklyn Park store is clean, very helpful service, and always has what we need. The even did a kitchen makeover for us a few years back. It was a fantastic job with courteous hard working contractors.

While Kathy was helping her telephone rang a coupe times. Rather than ignore it she either answered the phone or put the customer on hold. I've called this Home Depot store before and several times never even got someone to pick up the phone! Kathy is one of Home Depot's greatest assets as far a we're concerned...she care's about her customers.

I needed to return some items, including some from an online order. The cashier was rude, making faces because I had different receipts and the online order. Her name is Tammy. She was not able to process the Refund for the online order so she asked me to come back another day or go to another store. I asked for the manager and instead someone whose name is Brandon Theis introduced himself as "the manager" when in fact his badge says "trainer". After explaining him tha I have been a loyal customer of that particular store for more than 20 years and that I just wanted to return those items. He basically said that there was nothing he could do because the system had a glitch and to come back another day or go to another store. I told him that if he couldn't process my return Homedepot was losing me as a customer. He couldn't care less. He just said "sorry ma'am" And just like that I had to leave with the items I was trying to return. I drove about twenty miles more to the St. Louis Park store where the cashier had the same problem with online order glitch. But what a difference: the cashier made everything he could to process the Refund and when finally the system didn't work at all he asked for help to a lady, Beth, who tried everything to process the Refund including making a phone call to the online services until she successfully processed my return. She took care of the items, gave me her name and phone number to call her back just in case I had any questions. I should not be writing this review. I have been a loyal Homedepot customer for more than 20 years but I not going to buy anything else from you again.

Josh was very knowledgable in helping me pick a good lawnmower. He loaded it on the cart, brought me to the cashier, and then helped me load it in my truck. Thanks Josh

We worked with Miriam in the paint department. She was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and directed us to the correct products for our project.

Every time I go to the Brooklyn Park Home Depot someone asks me if I need help. The sales associates genuinely seem happy to be there. I never leave without getting what I need. The store is always clean and neat.
