The five stars rating is for the four employees that were outstanding and went above and beyond to help me. They made up for the rude or look the other way employees. When I left the store I was in a great mood from their service. So to the man that worked in the rental tools and does tune-ups on lawn mowers, and for the young man that helped me with outdoor furniture, and for the man that help me with kitchen cabinets the didn't work in that department went above and beyond trying to find what I needed went online outstanding, and Brandon that help me in tools all went above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten everyone's name and I do apologize for that but with six brain surgeries anesthesia messes up your memory and I didn't think to ask them their names until I left. And I had to ask the girl at the checkout what Brandon's name was cuz I forgot I didn't think to ask him either. Outstanding employees they need to be recognized and a pay raise and I do mean that because I'll go back and spend more money because of them. Kudos to all 4 of them.

I notice that the store has more workers ready to help customer than other competitive shops .

If you are doing a home project, Home Depot will have what you need. One stop shopping and helpful associates!

We like the Brooklyn Park Home Depot a lot, and all of their employees are so friendly and helpful.

I shop at this Home Depot all the time. The full time staff are great people to work with. They know how to do a job, and they have helped me figure out problems many times over the years.

some employees had masks under their chins walking around the store, customers are required to wear masks, employees should be the example.

Paint department truly great! We stopped and talked with the appliances people - loved the information given to us and the patience to print it all out so we can go home and make a decision. Also - the lady who waited on us in the Counter top materials section was truly informative and we will be buying our granite for the kitchen remodel from her.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Made shopping experience less stressful in locating items

Always helpful and show me what I’m looking for.

I have always had a good shopping experiences when I come to the store. There are always employees around that I can ask a question two. They often will bring me straight to the item unless they are helping another customer. They even printed out the information and the instructions for a Handle for a screen door so I can order it online. Great people!

Has great safety measures!

While my retired husband was recovering from surgery, I was sent to purchase some items for the handyman. I was lost in the huge store and unfamiliar with the layout or the products on my list. The paint employee went down the long aisle looking for the correct can in place of the one I had picked out in error. The cashier patiently repeated himself as I tried to understand his accent. The cashier near batteries suggested what should work for me trying to find the right size for my garage door opener. An employee walked the length of the store to get me into the department I needed, more then once. It was not an errand I might potentially enjoy but without the friendly help, I might have been miserable.

Please have employees wear their masks properly, if I have to wear one inside the store, employees should have to cover their nose and mouth, I saw at least 4 with the mask around their chin, nose and mouth exposed

Eugene in kitchen design and Kathy in flooring were great to work with. They are both very knowledgeable in their departments and helped us with our purchases.

Laurie in Customer Service and Ron in Lumber went above and beyond today. They both helped make our shopping and loading experience a pleasant experience on this trip.

Train the employees better, some departments, the people do not know much if anything about the products. Home Depot used to have employees in departments that knew the products, not anymore.

The store employees were helpful and friendly.

I like this store, but the change in people for each department is not good. The people used to know about the department they worked in, now, they know little to nothing about the department. It's frustrating to ask a question and get a blank stare.

Great store for DIY customers! I always seem to get solid answers to my questions and I nearly always find products to meet my needs.

I had a terrible experience trying to purchase and get carpet installed through this Home Depot. I ended up canceling my order and will go through another company. I was not given professional assistance. The person who came out to give me my quote was uneducated and seemed to not know what he was doing. The store is good for general materials, but I would not recommend the flooring service.

Cashier (Stacy) bypassed the email reciept option on our transaction, after having the customer in front of us complain when she did the same to them.

Store is clean and employees are very helpful to get you in and out quickly. As a contractor this means a lot to me . Time is money!

The Brooklyn Park Store is always very clean, employees are always very helpful and friendly. If you need help and they cannot help you, they will find the correct person who can help you. Products are stocked very well and easy to find.

STORE WAS FINE, HOME DEPOT POLICY FOR MILITARY IS NOT. THEY DON'T SAY UNTIL YOU BUY A LARGE APPLICANCE, BUT YOUR MILITARY DISCOUNT DOES NOT APPLY TO THAT. GAVE THE STORE ITSELF A 4 OUT OF 5 RATING AND WOULD RECOMMEND FOR SMALLER ITEMS.
