Great store and employees

Mike in flooring was super helpful, going above and beyond, even suggesting alternative options for our project that would not break the bank. Super helpful and friendly. Store was clean and you can tell they are taking Covid seriously and making sure they offer a safe environment for their customers. 5 stars!

I do maintenance and repair work and have been in very many Home Depot stores. My experience in this particular store was uniquely superior than any other experience I have had in any other Home Depot store. I was helped by four different associates, only one of whom do I know the name, and all were extremely capable, knowledgeable, willing, and available to help with directing me toward what I was looking for and also answering questions and helping to problem-solve. I don't normally find associates who are willing to go out of their way to help, but I consistently did in this store. The last associate who helped me with checking out, Adam, offered to bag my numerous items as I scanned them out, as well as suggesting ways I could give a review when I told him of my positive experience. Thank you.

Always helpful! NIcki one of the managers is amazing. The customer service desk is always extremely helpful. Hanna has helped me several times. All the employees there are very helpful. I can always find someone on the floor. I know with COVID it is hard for all stores to keep some items on shelf. They do a very good job considering the pandemic. I avoid at all costs the other box store. I also avoid the other Home Depot in the area. Thank you Broomfield Home Depot for making me feel like you care.

Recently I was shopping at the HD in Broomfield. A young man, Matt, noticed that I must have had a puzzled look on my face and asked if he could assist with anything. I explained to Matt my challenge with changing out ceiling light bulbs (12' ceilings - I only have a 6' ladder) and was thinking about the light bulb changer / extender tool but wasn't sure if it would work with the configuration of the 3 wing LED magic lights. Matt acknowledged my issue and concern & proceeded to open a package of the lights and explained that the extender tool had a suction cup that should work on the light. And, if it didn't work, I could simply return it. I was completely impressed that Matt took the time to understand my concern & need and quickly resolved my dilemma. I purchased the extender tool and the bulbs - it worked great, problem solved!! It's that one little extra step of service that Matt provided that keeps me coming back to this location. A huge Kudos to Matt for outstanding customer service!!

This store does not enforce public health guidance and mask wearing. General disregard for employee and customer health and safety.

The associates were very friendly and patient with us. They helped us make the decision between two products.

The sales person knew exactly what i needed for my plant problem and she knew exactly where it was located and it works great!

Only shop this store if you are looking for items typically sold at other places. Customer service is poor and the selection is minimal compared to the other stores.

Love walking in and seeing the beautiful decorations out! Everything is so organized and always able to help out if/when needed. Wonderful customer service! Especially when we worked with Mark during our check out experience! He made it worth it and kept us excited about our purchase!

Great service. 7/10/20, I searched for a Home Depot person in lumber. Home Depot person "Joel" passing not in lumber, but offered help. As we approached the Douglas fir selection, Billy B of lumber joined us. With these two very pleasant fellows, a fine piece of wood was selected, cut to my needed lengths, and I was done in jig time. 7/18/20:pleasant, superb service from Billy B. I was always treated as valued customer w a project to do, not a "women in a man's domain."

Store employee environment is more like going to the DMV. Employees do not want to be there. And the ones who are act with disregard for the customer who requires a small amount of help.

Excellent customer service!

I tried to buy molding for a drop ceiling and the cashier told me, after calling hardware, that they would cut it. After paying, I immediately walked to hardware and they wouldn’t cut it, but they offered to sell me tin snips. Sarcasm after being lied to isn’t my idea of a good retail experience.

Great store but during this time of COVID-19 it worries me that not all employees wear masks. Many had masks on their necks while talking to each other and more alarmingly while talking to customers. Many of the employees were not wearing their masks while they were less than 6 feet away from the customer. It is a public health hazard and needs to be addressed with all employees.

This store needs to keep people who don't wear a face covering OUT. Too many people on Monday May 4 without a face covering.

I like this store, however, the cashiers at the garden center (Pavel) was beyond rude to customers. He definitely needs training in the rules to follow during Covid 19 and customer service skills.

Our Home Depot has always been helpful. Employees are kind and willing to help. Today, Amy was fantastic!! My husband is double compromised because of age and cancer. Amy brought items we ordered to our car and then asked if we needed TP or paper towels. She went back in and brought out 2 packages of TP!!!! We will share with neighbors if need be. Amy is our angel!!! You better keep her around for SURE!!!

We moved to Broomfield from Plano, Texas. We have done a great deal of business with this Homedepot as we completely remodeled our home. The help we have received here has been extremely important in completing the job smoothly and with a very professional finish. This store knows what it’s doing and especially what their customers’ needs are! And the items we needed were always available quickly. This is definitely one of the most professional stores I’ve done business with!
