Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of items.

The managers at this store are not permitted to actually make customer service decisions. The idea of online price matching somehow hasn't made it's way to the corporate shills that nickel and dime the average customer to pay for their questionable life choices. The best part is that it's coming back to them in the form of shrink tenfold.

The help we received from Harry today was great! He helped us locate all of the supplies we needed, showed us the variety of choices we had to choose from, and made sure we understood how to install the items and that we were getting what we needed. He was so friendly and seemed to really enjoy helping people!

Very helpful person, Susan, in the appliance department. Made our choice of washer/dryer so easy. She also made sure we received the discounts available to us, and knew how to help us complete the purchase.

This store is the best Home Depot or hardware store around. The employees either know their stuff or find someone who does. It seems like everyone is happy working here because they are always up beat and genuinely helpful. If you have projects big, like my decking project or small like the many furniture refinish jobs I've tackled, this is the place to go.

The toilet in our office broke. Handyman was on vacation. So I took it upon myself to dash to the Home Depot to grab a fix-it kit to do the job myself. A staff member was able to point me right to what I needed, a cashier met me at the front with a smile, and I was back at my office elbow deep in the tank in less than 20 minutes. Easiest problem I solved that day. Thanks, Home Depot!

I hope you don't see the assistant manager Rhonda. She is... unpleasant, to say the least. Also, check all your lumber VERY carefully. It is almost always warped. They have a good variety of veggies in the spring, so that's good. Unless you want organic or non-GMO, then less so.

One thing I really like about Home Depot is their returns and refunds department. On occasion I have bought a product that I wanted to return because I found I didn't need it, bought too many of a certain item, or wasn't satisfied with it's performance. On every such occasion I have been treated with courtesy and respect and the refund transaction has been quick and efficient. I appreciate that!

This is my favorite home depot. Workers are helpful, store is pretty good at keeping the lumber stocked.

ALL AND I MEAN ALL THE OTHER STORES I HAVE SHOPPED AT, THE PERSONNEL WHERE DISMISSIVE, “OH NO YOU HAVE TO ORDER THE PART FROM THE MANUFACTURER” THE BROOMFIELD STORE IS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THIS COMES FROM THE MANAGMENT DOWN. IT DOESN’T WORK THE OTHER WAY

This store may not have all the items of some of the larger stores, but it wins hands down, no contest for customer service. I have never had to go searching for help and every time I have received help it has been above and beyond. As a matter of fact, above and beyond seems to be the norm at this Home Depot location. The employees at this store are all pleasant and tremendously helpful. They all seem to really know their stuff. Thank You!

Did the survey but not enough room for my comments about a delivery. Picked up my items for order # 88755 and they are perfect. My wood, for order #H1524-87025 was delivered on the 18th of January and out of 100 pieces of 1x6x12 tongue N groove 43, are being pickup up for return. This is the second time that I ordered tongue N groove and half of them have to go back. The first time I ordered 70 that we picked up and we had to return 35. This time we ordered 100 pieces to be delivered to our Mountain Home and the first batch of 85 was just dropped in the snow and the delivered person never even came to the door. Plus our trailblazer was in the driveway. The 2nd group of 15 was delivered and at least the driver did come to door, he even helped un load it into the basement. He was very nice. I asked him why they didn’t call and the number that they were calling was 303-451-5982 which was our Northglenn, CO home phone. Why does Home Depot ask for an alternate phone number when they don’t call it, as the alternate phone number was my cell phone? Also, since they are going to pick up the wood, we have to tie up the 43 pieces of wood and get it ready for the pickup. If the person that was filling the order would have looked at the wood, we would not have to get it ready for pickup and we would not need to return it.

The employees at the store were fantastic, helping with a Home Depot corporate ordering issue and fighting through the bureaucracy to get an order for me. Thanks Rorry, Noah, Alicia, Jennifer and Mike!

My project was to remodel our huge master bath. I brought my stone and marble selections to the HD Custom Cabinet dept. to select cabinets. Design consultant Judy K. immediately selected one cabinet door, a rustic knotty alder, out of hundreds of samples. It was stunning. We had the layout of 20+feet of cabinets in no time. She also helped me select fixtures, doors, accents and more. She is very experienced with the computer design program, and made changes quickly. She is also a gifted designer who was able to articulate why one item worked, and another didn't. A wonderful, fun experience that will result in a gorgeous master bath, thanks to Judy and Home Depot.

the associates at the Broomfield Home Depot really try to help customers solve the problems they are there to solve. they are knowledgeable and will take time with you to figure out a solution.

Only go to this store if you have no other choices. Customer service at the pro desk is extremely poor they are about there own personal lives not the job they were hired to do. I do not understand how they can keep these kind of people around most businesses don’t survive with these kind of employees

The manager Rhonda is "FANTASTIC" she cares about her customers! Nancy the front end manger is so sweet! Charlie & Nate the lot keepers always are helping the customers load up merchandise. Keep up the "GREAT" work "SERVING THE COMMUNITY!!!

Even though it's farther to drive, my first and second experiences have been way better for customer service, friendlier, and better stocked shelves. We will not go back to the Thornton Crossing store at 10003 Grant St. Thonrton, CO
