Bryan in Flooring was a huge help getting me the tile and supplies I needed for a bathroom. The check out ladies were very friendly and helpful and so were the guys who helped me load all that heavy tile and mortar.

We had hoped to buy and install some flooring and simplify things by ordering product and installation at the Buckhead Home Depot. We are now more than 6 weeks after ordering from their expert measuring (which we paid for) and our flooring is still not complete. Any attempt to call the store results in LONG HOLD and frequent shifting from one department to another. "Friendly associates" are not "efficient associates" and a clean store is not a clean transaction.

DIY projects can be frustrating but the team at this store eased the stress! A huge shoutout to Steven and Warren in Lumber for helping select the right pieces for the project and making sure all were perfectly cut. Kudos to Jackie at checkout too for being so helpful in sorting out the invoice and just being so friendly. I highly recommend this store.

I went to the Buckhead location to look at runners for my new apartment. James helped me and I chose a style. He shook his head when I pointed to how great the price was. He said, "mistakes happen sir, but this is not the correct price. You chose this because of the price?" I said yes. He shook his head as if he was losing money out of his own pocket but with respect. I didn't know. I just saw a deal on exactly what I came for. He was super chill and very polite. It wasn't until all 3 peice were cut and I was walking away with the paper with the price and length that he told me it was MUCH more expensive. It took a manager to over ride that large a discount but the cashier Ashley was just fabulous. Calm and professional just like James. Both knew this was sideways and not cool for the company but all involved felt it was the right thing to do. I'm not suggesting this is common and please don't shop for errors, but they all went above and beyond reasonable help and consideration. And while all of this happened, I was stopped or greeted by nearly 10 employees in less than half an hour. Who does that anymore? Everyone really seemed to care that I was even IN the store. I'm going back. You should too.

Great employees that go the extra mile. I encountered several dedicated workers (Tracy and Oris? stand out and were phenomenal). Took my challenging situation, showed care and exceptional knowledge and made it the best customer experience. Wish I could give more stars!

Best customer service I’ve had at any Home Depot location in the area.

No one there to assist even though I actively looked. A very poorly run operation. Essentially self service store. The young cashier was, hopefully friendly and helpful. Yet that was at the end after a very poor shopping experience

Appliances associates were very unhelpful and told me to come back another day or buy online even though 7 were showing in stock.

Showed my military ID and was thanked for my service, but did not receive a 10% discount. Returned to the store and requested a refund, but was told I would have to return all items as well. Very inconvenient. Also, the restrooms and adjoining aisle were closed and blocked off. Never seen that at a Home Depot. I'll go to another Home Depot outside Atlanta for future shopping.

This store has very friendly and helpful associates. The tool repair department is a great service, recommended by the manufacturer for my chainsaw. Associate @Marcus Allen went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my chainsaw fixed and follow up on the necessary parts that needed to be ordered.

I find this store to be right in the middle of the road.9/10 They carry a very good selection of products for all the major systems in your home and have a very friendly staff!!

Incredibly efficient store! About a mile farther than the midtown location from me, but so worth it! Curbside pickup was a BREEZE and Ashely is the best!!

Young man in lawn furniture was so helpful. Cashier Jessica was just the nicest associate encountered in many years. Inventory levels much better than most stores!

We went in to review custom shade options. Carol Holton was a pro! Though we had specific needs, she took the time to take us through 4 different binders of options to help us find exactly what we needed to fit our needs. Friendly, positive, knowledgeable and caring. Way to go Home Depot!

Great employees and generally a clean well-stocked store.

Anyone looking to remodel your kitchen, bathroom, etc, go see Steve in the tile department at this location. He has a very creative mind for design, and he's patient, and kind. I guarantee you will walkout with good ideas and products for all of your remodeling needs.

The store was mostly organized however, there was only one person helping in the entire Hardware section alone on a Sunday afternoon. Since this is a very busy day, I had to wait to be helped with my needs. The young man named Stanton who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. Despite having several people needing his help at once, he efficiently assisted me with my needs. Kudos to Stanton!

Chris Tyson in plumbing was terrific. His advice was valuable and personal service was exceptional.

We stopped by to get a much needed air filter replacement for our HVAC unit. This store was neat and organized which helped us find our item on our own! Their aisle signage was effective.

My rating of would not recommend only applies until after Covid issues are over. I normally love this store but this morning there were a total of 10 to 15 people who were not wearing mask as mandated by local government. I understand that getting the public to adhere 100% to the mask mandate may be a challenge but 3 of the people observed were clearly on the clock Home Depot employees. One walking around the checkouts at the front of the store.

Had the worst customer experience of my life ordering a refrigerator from the Home Depot. On three separate occasions, the sub-tractor that THD has hired to deliver appliances tried to require that I sign a damage liability waiver in order deliver the appliance. In other words, they wanted me to waive my right to file a claim if damage was done to my home. I attempted to reconcile this with THD multiple times but all that happened was a rescheduling of the nonsense. Meanwhile, my neighbor (whose home has the same dimensions) received their same sized appliance without issue. Poor poor experience, would not recommend.

The store is great and if you can't find something there is usually an employee to help .....love the part where dogs are allowed.....!!

Mark in the Flooring Department made my flooring purchase so easy ! He went above and beyond to help me with my order and it was by far the easiest purchase experience I've had at a home renovation store. If you're looking into flooring, do yourself a favor and speak with Mark !

Yes- I purchased a clay pots for $36.58 from this store. I came to the store because usually have a better selection than my local hardware store which is a Home Depot competitor, at checkout the team member pulled the tag off of the pot, looked at it then went to another register for a tape measure and measured the top and sides I asked what she was doing and she said that it was a requirement for all team members to measure any pots that, I asked if she was doing this because she felt I switched proce tags- she didnt say a word, she then took the number from the tag and entered it into the system- and then did a comparison look at the item on the screen and the pot in the shopping cart- I advised how disappointed I was with this targeted treatment and as a Black person I felt this was disrespectful and disgusting- she still said nothing, no apology, nothing to understand and tossed my recipte in the pot. I called this store in the car to speak with her manager and no one answered the call.
