Store is well run and the employees are uber friendly and helpful Special 'shout out' to Ferdosi.....a fabulous employee who was very patient during a very difficult check out.

Home Depot has all the goods you need from Construction equipment, to cleaning products, to renting tools, to having supplies to take care of your yard, and they have seasonal things.

Flooring Specialists Bryan and Mark were very knowledgeable and helpful. They made the experience fun!

I have always shopped at this Home Depot and it NEVER disappoints. Great store layout - everything is easy to locate and displayed in an organized and easy to view way. The representatives they have in each and every department are efficient and knowledgeable and friendly, yet focused to be of service...and with good attitude. I love this store at Lindbergh. It is and always has been my "go to" for any and all Home Improvement products. I have shopped and made my purchases at this location for many years - since 1992, so small products and large - all have been purchased here. This store is the BEST!!

I came to get some linolio (Vinyl) roll for my kitchen floor and they not carrier. I was very disappointed :0( the associated told me that others Homedeopot store carrier it. But the store is very nice and clean, very organized, customer service very good.

Poor customer service! people at the buckhead store aren’t professional, aren’t helpful, they are very rude! Kindly be more respectful when wearing the Home Depot uniform, after all you are representing the image of the company! if you aren’t delighted to assist efficiently and effectively stay home, zero accountability! Please make sure you listen, care and connect with your customers for loyalty/retention! Wear your mask when talking to customers with this pandemic and make sure you altered pleasant words even if we can t agree to disagree with respect and tolerance. Completely Done with this specific store after two negative encounters no matter how convenient it may be, proximity wise. I care for customer service, people that do value and respect me! Perception is reality once again

Brooke at the pro desk and Bryan at flooring provide outstanding service.

Very helpful staff. When making an exchange the clerk explained exactly where I would locate the replacement. Another staff person met me in the aisle to answer any questions. On a separate visit, staff helped my son find everything on his shopping list, answered his questions, assisted him to the register, and helped us to secure wood to the roof. The staff is great!

Your employees need to practice social distancing and wear masks.

As far as I am concerned Bryan is a knight in shining armor. He works in the flooring department and solved a big problem for me. I tried for three days to purchase carpet on line and spoke with several employees to no avail. I finally visited the store today and BRYAN in flooring solved the problem. I sat in the flooring department for a while, with employees passing and talking to one another nearby. Bryan was walking through the department and asked if he could help me. Thereafter everything about ordering carpet was taken care of by Bryan. He made me feel comfortable and seemed to do this type of thing everyday. He made a 78 year old woman who sometimes has the cloak of invisibility to younger people,feel like I was the only person in his life at the time. God bless Bryan and his world.

This Home Depot is the bomb!!! Handy location and has excellent products!

This location is my favorite. I sure hope anyone wants high level of expertise, and helpful customer service shops here!

I know things happen but 3 fails all at the same time is bad. Called store manager but seems like someone who remodels homes and spends six figures a year there doesn’t mean anything.

Service and speed was beyond expectations. I was very impressed with the service I received and the helpfulness of the sales person. Even though it was a minor project and was relatively inexpensive, I was given full attention and was out quickly.

There’s an employee. He may be a cashier. His name is Khundakar. He’s incredible. Super helpful and very very nice. He made me want to come back!

This store appears to be very well managed. The appearance of everything is in great shape, the people are ready to help and the checkout process is set up very nicely.

Based on this last shopping experience, it was a complete failure. There was an extremely long wait to have Christmas tree loaded! They needed more employees or better organization! They brought the wrong tree and it took awhile to figure out what or where was our correct tree purchased! Our suspicion was confirmed when another customer walked by and said that 1st tree brought to us was their tree and confirmed by some identifying markers! Once our correct tree was found it didn't have our identifying markers and employee slammed it on the car as if frustrated! There was a customer in front of us that appeared to have the same problem.
