Just want to give a shout out to the Home Depot customer service team at the Carlisle, PA store. I came to them looking for a product that ending up not being in stock. But they worked to help me out, exceeding my expectations. Way to go!!!

Scanned a product in store on the app. And they wouldn’t give me the product for that price. And said I would need to buy it online. I asked if I can buy it online and pick it up in store, they said I can but would have to wait 4 days for them to ship it. Even though they had the product in hand…Horrible business model, lost my business and will not recommend to a friend.

The customer service at the Carlisle, PA Home Depot is second to none. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick to assist customers and are always available!

I found everything I was looking for. Your employees show a genuine interest in helping the customer.

I shopped the entire store and never was approached or greeted. There’s hardly any staff. What staff was there could care less and made me feel like I was bothering them. The store is messy and they don’t do recovery. Cashiers stood around self checkout and gossiped and complained about other staff members and management rather than offer assistance.

Store is conveniently located and never too crowded to find someone to help if you need them. Some of the employees have been there for many years and are very knowledgeable about the selections and products. Richard in Paint is always busy, but cheerful and helpful with any needs.

The two associates who helped us really cared and were able to get our situation taken care of. We’ve been to other same type of stores but no one would even stop to ask if we needed help or would just say they didn’t have an item without checking. “No, I don’t think we have that.” We stopped going there.

Our Carlisle store has wonderful employees. They are always there to help. No matter what they are doing, stocking shelves, mixing paint, etc.. they stop to help their customers. This is our go to place

Have been patronizing this store since it opened. They've had a few rough patches over the years but they've got it together now! Customer satisfaction is obviously paramount now!

The Home Depot - #4149 Carlisle Has the Most Gracious Employees in the Region! I have shopped at several Home Depot Stores in Cumberland County, PA. Carlisle has the nicest employees and they are extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and kind!

I rarely go into a store and receive help finding what I need quickly . . . but I did here!! I didn't even know where to begin looking, but their staff helped me with the aisle location, final choice of product and making sure I had all that I needed. Great store!!
