We ordered an appliance on-line and did a store pick-up. All associates we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. When we needed help with an additional purchase, the associate we first asked wasn't sure what we wanted and she asked another associate who knew right away what we were looking for and took us right to where it was. He was very knowledgeable about the products this store carries.

Service was friendly,helpful and knowledgeable.

This was my first time visiting this location and I couldn't be happier that I am moving so close next month. Several staff members approached my wife and I to see if we needed assistance. We needed help finding something and the staff member walked us across the store to the exact location. Another one helped us with some research on appliance we will be needing to purchase in the near future, and Deb at the register was so nice and friendly. Looking forward to many trips back to this location.

Pleasant experience, and great customer service

This home depot has some of the most helpful employees and the one person I have to mention is debra she works in check out she is the nicest sweetest happy person and i enjoy talking to her every time i visit

We needed a clothes dryer, and the associate Sky was great in explaining all of the details. Bought a Maytag.

This store is always a mess. None of the other home depots around here are like this. My daughter found an open razor blade in a cart full of empty boxes. I will not be returning here.

Easy to get in and get what you need when you need it

I had a problem and went to the store for assistance, they were friendly, understanding and helpful! Resolved my issue quickly and efficiently..Jannetta was so helpful! She is an asset to Home Depot!

Staff at this store are very friendly and willing to share ideas. In ways, they remind me of the local hardware store of the psat.

I just moved to the area and can honestly say shopping at this Home Depot was nothing at all like where I moved from..in a good way! All employees I came in contact with were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got everything I needed. No one seemed put out to spend time with customers. I didn't feel rushed. It was just a great experience overall.

The assistant managers CC and Chad were great. They both are hands-on, pleasant and genuinely want to look out for your buying needs. I don't say this lightly, as I have never in my over 40 years enjoyed any shopping experience at a hardware dept for that matter. Keep up the great work. When management is and can be this good, it gives the remaining employee's incentive and someone to look up to and someone to emulate. Lead by example and from the front. I will also say that the associate at the checkout register and associate at appliances were also kind.

The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and they had the materials I needed. I like the fact that the store associates are quick to help and ask questions.

great service today and the lady in the paint department was very helpful helping us get the right paint and color , didn't catch her name sorry , cashier Danielle checked us out and was very friendly and quick checkout service.. and we found everything we needed

Scott in the plumbing and electric dept is very knowledgeable and always willing too listen .I just did a pex project and he showed me what could use from sharkbits to push-ons ....Thanks again Scott

The store is always neat and clean. Always greeted in a welcoming manner and always someone wanting to help with your needs.

The store is located in a convenient location just off of rt81 where getting in and out is not a problem. Even though they were busy, the store associates were more than helpful in answering my questions as well as giving me some product advice.

Employees are friendlier and more knowledgable than LOWES

The culture of the Home Depot, of this Home Depot, is excellent. The associates behave as if they are customers with time on their hands, and who happen to know where everything is, who know you don't have all day, and who actually care. Home Depot throws a party when I walk into the store. That really matters.
